Wing Boss — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

First and last order.

New to Colorado Springs, and was initially excited to try this wing spot. I ordered lemon pepper mixed with atomic sauce, my wife had a sweeter variety, and a side of Cajun fries. I thought they were going to be typical fried wings as you'd expect. Upon receiving my order I was disappointed to find that they are smoked wings instead. After visiting their website I saw the smoked wings was mentioned so this was my mistake for the misunderstanding.

As I opened my order the disappointment began to multiply as I discovered the side of fries being sold for 3.29+ tax was the smallest order of fries I have ever seen (I have included photos of both the fries I received and the ones they advertise on their website). Sadly the fries were the best part of the meal (taste wise). The "Atomic" sauce is rather sweet and features almost no spicy kick to them all.

Its unfortunate that I did not check the reviews before this as they have a 2 out of 5 star rating as of writing this review. Hopefully someone smarter than I will see this and avoid...

There is no resturant called Wing Boss. This is Dickeys BBQ. I wish I had known that before ordering. I couldn't find it because it's not labeled wing boss anywhere. Like literally no where. When I finally figured out this was actually in Dickeys I went in. I was late for the pick up window but they had not started the order anyways. I don't think they even realized they had got an online order. So I had to wait. They weren't busy. I was the only customer. They don't sauce the wings. They just give you cold sauce on the side. They charge extra for ranch and they forgot to put it in the bag. Just not a good experience. As far as the wings go they were like a 3 out of 10. Disappointed to...

Oh, man. The tenders used to be such a great value and delicious!

HUGE and unexpected change for my order placed tonight. They are NOT chicken tenders anymore- they are NUGGETS.

If I had known they'd change the size of the tenders from an actual tender to a chicken nugget, I'd have either ordered more food or not ordered at all.
