Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Four Corners States

READ BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT COMING HERE Haven’t been to this store in so long because it is completely subpar. It has gone downhill from last year with unfriendly baristas and managers that make no effort to talk to customers and make a connection. I used to be a regular and there was a barista that was incredibly kind and quick. She made sure I had a good experience, and I no longer feel that in the store. The lobby is not taken care of throughout the day and everything is sticky. Plus, there is no more room to sit or even stand when there are 10 people in the store because of these loud claw machines. The baristas now either play horrible music (not profanity just weird), greet me with a bleak “hi welcome in,” or just make the drinks wrong or slow. Last I heard, the current manager flooded this page with good reviews to distract people from the horrible service. The drinks have fallen off and looking behind the counter, the store is unclean with the baristas touching their phones and then making drinks. I was even served a drink that was made with juice that was spoiled. So gross. If you are reading this take it as a warning because this store should not be operating. Better boba at share tea or any other local stores. Even Starbucks boba tops this. THE MANAGEMENT IS GARBAGE. It was understandable to mess up from time to time but when they have errors in my drink that I have to pay to replace now, it is just a day ruined. I’m sobbing as I write this, if you can’t understand what I’m saying it’s because the tears are all over my screen. I’m crying not because of bad service actually the complete opposite you would not believe how kind and talented these workers are. The staff. Truly there is amazing. let me speak to HR and just speak to the hiring manager please because I think my son would be a great fit there. He needs to be around people who uplift him and show him what it’s like to be a good boy and who actually have futures Kevin my son‘s friend is a complete druggie 😠 I swear I’ll see that boy on the side of highway 75 anyways what did I get? I got some Matcha Sunday surprise drink whatever their new mixers are. I don’t know what you call them. It’s my first time ever having bubble tea. I can’t really say that I like it all too much but Jimmy my boy he loves it. Jimmy is also the name of my son. Not just the worker there Jimmy is only in seventh grade, but he sings this song by a girl name Addison Ray and always talks about cigarettes so I’m a little concerned so basically here’s the real story of what happened at kung fu tea. I get my first drink of choice. I decided to try that yogurt drink that they have NASTY! Not my thing and that’s OK, why do I think that was OK because Jimmy made my drink for free he decided to make me a drink that I would ❤️ swear I felt so taken care of in this shop. I definitely would come here again with my son, but he’s been having those issues and he doesn’t deserve a sweet treat until he proves to mommy that he’s not gonna end up like his friend that might end up on the streets. It’s been a while since i last ordered at this location. Today I came back to order 3 drinks and they got one order wrong. I ordered wintermelon milk green tea but the drink had no milk tea in it. When i got back in the store for them to fix it, they added milk powder in that same drink but it still tasted so weird (and no apology for making it wrong either). When I got home, i shook the other drink (strawberry slush), and the lid broke and half of my drink spilled because the lid wasn’t sealed well. What a waste of money! Will not order from this...
