Garbanzo — Restaurant in Colorado

Just went to one of my favorite places to eat and had the WORST experience at this location. (Wadsworth near the mall) I usually have nothing but friendly talks at my original location I go to, but I was out of the way and was really craving garbanzo and decided to give this location a try. DO NOT GO HERE. Nothing but rude. I walked in and the gal was making a dish for I guess herself, completely full and loaded. No problem! I start ordering. I notice my plate is half the size as what it should be for a plate portion. I told her that let’s just make a sandwich instead if it’s going to be small, (especially after seeing her dish!) and she proceeded to DUMP extra food all over the plate. Now I am upset and hungry, and I don’t even know what’s what. DO NOT GO HERE. Did not get females name, but she had pink underneath her hair. Just a horrible expierence and my food was ruined that I spent 12 dollars for. Hope and wish garbanzos looks at this location. Will not...

I've been to Garbanzo several times now, and each visit reinforces why it's one of my go-to spots for a healthy, flavorful meal. The ingredients are consistently fresh, the portions generous, and the staff always welcoming.

We ordered dinner from this restaurant via the website on July 31. When we arrived home with the order we found the falafel plate had no falafel, the chicken plate had half sized portions compared to the falafel plate, both plates were cold, and the pita bread was hard and cold. We called the store to let them know and see if they could do anything to make it right. I spoke to the manager who advised she would need to text her manager to see if they could provide a refund for the falafel plate or offer some other type of compensation. The manager took my number and I was under the impression she would call back. However, it has now been 4 days and I never received any communication, nor did I receive a refund to my credit card.
