I love the company nectar but I would never choose to go this location. Just know that when going here if you the customer don't like your drink just know the manager owner is in high believe the "customers NOT always right" My mother with cancer for the 1st time this was her 1st place in trying to start her journey in getting healthy. Being that she has cancer she's tryin to do better things for herself and here was a part of that start to her journey. She came here to see if she would like the route of drinking cold press juice. So mind you my mother has never in her life had to turmeric. She order smoothie with to mango smoothie with tumeric in it a large assuming that the mango would be more prominent. So my mom tries it coming to realise that she is not fond of the flavour tumeric. So we took a back in in hopes that we could get a new flavour I politely asked Is something that you is there any way that we can get replacement drink with a different flavour. Mind you we were the only customers in the store so it's not like she had a pack line we were asking her to make such a request at a busy time. The woman store manager owner, looked at me baffled at the fact that I had after this question. She proceeds to give me the answer "for free?" I kindly answered "I don't know if that's something that you could do but it is just a question." Her response was " I can give you our smallest size for free." Wich is half the size and my mother had just spent. I say "all right I'll take that 1 if that's all that you can give me." She proceeds to ignore me and doesn't even ask what I would like as a flavour in a replacement. Which again is fine I will wait happily I have no problems with that but I waited and even after that she proceeded to ignore me. I am not anyone who's trying to come off as entitled nor pretentious but it just put a sour taste in me in my mother's mouth at the fact that here's a woman trying to better her life in her health with cancer and you don't even have the decency for even your customers at that to try and make it right as a business manager... That's pretty piss poor performance if you ask me. You have the means to help a woman out on her health journey. This was a big moment from my mother trying this in her process she's not an open women to this sort of stuff. The way this manager turned her off and shut her down. We were gonna come back all the time from here on out but after that, unfortunately not....
Read moreMy god these 1 star reviews sound like a bunch of whiney babies. I have ordered from this location probably 153 times and have always had a good experience. Order ahead on the app or online and it will save you time get you free points to spend. Have a good tasting product that is a little slower is better than getting a terrible one quickly. They have gotten my order right every time I order. Kindness is free pass it on.
Cecily needs to get a grip. If the policy is wait 48 hours for a free smoothie after downloading the app that's how it is. To give a 1 star for this makes you a terrible person. Maybe take a moment next time and really think if it's worth it to be like this to people around you.
My god Scotty G seems like a real complainer. I would ignore this nonsense. People like him need to just stay home and make their own stuff. To complain about quality but then complain about something being to expensive is illogical. Organic is always more expensive.
Jess needs to order ahead if she is going to complain on how long it takes. Pull your head out of your behind and help yourself out instead of complaining about it. It's made fresh, this isn't McDonald's. I guess some people can't plan their day more then 15 minuted out.

Read moreMy son and I went here for the first time and the smoothie was very good, but it took 30 minutes with hardly anyone else waiting. They prepare everything in a back room so you can't see what they are doing, but seems like a really long time when they aren't even cooking anything. We really liked the drinks though, so we decided to try it again a couple weeks later. We will never go back. It took over 40 minutes this time and they made us the wrong drinks. I took a taste and it had banana. I don't like bananas and my son is allergic to them, so we went up and the girl said the accidentally made us strawberry banana smoothies. She asked if we wanted to keep them and seemed annoyed when we said no. They said they would remake them. It took over 30 more minutes to get the new ones. They kept giving others who came after us their orders. I finally had to go up and ask and again she was annoyed. It still took 15 more minutes after asking. We had a steak dinner next door that took less time to order, make, and eat at a sit down restaurant than 2 of the same flavor smoothies took here. They also were very expensive and after they remade them they tasted different than the first time we got them. I think they forget the cashew milk.
