Another BBQ joint, BOOM, where are the Ribs?! So my father in-law tells me to swing in and check out this place, gave me some warning about the ribs aren't the best. Okay, but I have to get ribs. Their ribs had decent coloring, good flavor, but were overcooked. Mostly dry and the ends were like jerky. BUT, the flavor was good, slow down the smoke, pull them off a little earlier, wrap them and let them set. Okay the hot link, someone told me that they get their sausages from Safeway, I will be swinging in on my way home. The hot link was great, the lady at the counter recommended the mustard sauce with the hot link, she's right it works greatly with each other. Why 4 stars if I didn't like the ribs, the flavor was there and I enjoyed the sweet sauce and really enjoyed the hot barbeque sauce. Plus the staff was very friendly. And they threw in a drink (soda fountain) for free, I think it was the uniform. Cleanliness, small shack again, trailer style smokes up front. Tables, floors and restroom were maintained, overlooking the counter in the back, no obscene mess and the floor looked clean If you get a chance to go in there and grab some ribs tell me what you think, hopefully I just got them on a bad day. Price for half rack and a quarter link, no drink. $18.25 before tip, don't be a jerk tip the staff Hit a like if you like the review or it helped

It's been years since I ate here. My family and I ordered and picked up food here for dinner and to me it wasn't very good. We got pulled chicken and pulled pork sandwiches. One pork platter. I dont know what the chicken tasted like but the pork was absolutely salty and dry...couldn't even taste the pork. Had to drench in bbq sauce that I already had at home. The pork platter is almost $12 and thats what you see in the photo... for a grown adult... a grown fit male is supposed to be satisfied with this?.... When I first opened it I thought it was a mistake so I called them up and they said yup thats what its supposed to be. Sorry but thats a rip off. Thought platters were supposed to be big meals/portions. ALSO my mom found plastic in her sandwich! what the hell!!!??? This place is officially not safe to eat at. Not to mention again her pork sandwich was dry and so was mine. Never eating here again or recommending.

What a great roadside treat! Reminds me are there any BBQ places that I grew up with in the south. It was very easygoing, super comfortable atmosphere, and the staff and service was appropriate. This isn't your cookie cutter BBQ, and the actual BBQ was very delicious. I had two brisket sandwich with a pickle Spear and a brownie as my side, and I paid 8 bucks. Very fair price for absolutely delicious barbecue. Outside seating is available on old school picnic tables, and they also serve beer. This is a can't miss barbecue spot that you absolutely must try.

I was really excited going in, because I saw the legit smokers outside, so I thought these guys know how to do good 'cue! Add to that I've been hankering for barbecue all week, and they reviewed pretty well.

My friend and I decided to split a two meat platter that came with brisket and pulled pork, and two sides. The brisket was from the lean side of the cut, and so didn't have that Delicious fat that one cones to expect from a good smoked brisket. That being said, it was tender, and the little fat that was on it was outstanding. The pulled pork was a little dry, but when matched up with their Carolina mustard sauce, was excellent! Unfortunately they do not make that sauce in house. It is Carolina gold for those who are interested.

And that's about the end of the good stuff I have to say. The sides were absolutely bland, the cornbread fell apart and was unusable in terms of a vehicle for honey or butter. And after all that's the whole point of cornbread.

the sweet corn side that we had was not sweet, and lacked pretty much any flavor at all. The beans, while I wish I could say they were good barbecue baked beans, had almost no flavor whatsoever, and only when I corrected the recipe at the table did I enjoy them.

All that being said the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and kind, very hospitable, but I wasn't terribly impressed with the food. And the portions of sides were atrociously small. Like, for 20 bucks, I expect more than a tablespoon of baked beans and a tablespoon of...

Best BBQ in Fort Collins, (probably all of northern Colorado!!) Everything they make is absolutely delicious!! Highly recommended!

They are best known for their catering, but even their individual sized portions are great! I love the beef brisket with their excellent homemade bbq sauce. The corn bread is the best too!! I try to stop by as often as I can even though they are located 20 min from my house! It's a good price for what you get, especially considering how great everything is! Even my brother, who is 1 of the pickiest eaters 1 could be really likes it! If they had a closer location, I'd be over there every week! They have options of getting a sandwich with a side for around $8 or so or getting a platter with whichever meat you like with 2 sides for around $10 each, if you get the platters, make sure to ask for a separate bun or 2 if you want to make a sandwich! It doesn't come with any in the platter options! I made that mistake last time!! Hog Wild also sells containers of bbq and hot sauce as well which is a way better option than any offered at any grocery stores!

They ofter full scale catering but are always booked up because of their popularity! You need to try to book it as far out in advance as possible! This place makes EVERY other bbq option taste horrible in comparison!

I highly recommend this place! Even if you have to drive a little ways to get here, trust me, it's...
