Firstly, I'd like to say that I have been a customer and have sent hundreds of dollars, given good tips even when I've picked up an order from this restaurant! The way the own treatedme today, when I had a problem with the food I received was so disgusting and condescending! I placed an online order for delivery through their website. They used to have a drop down option for notes. Well not anymore! So I wrote a note in the delivery driver note section and said Please do not add fish or fish cakes to my noddles. Then I called to communicate again no fish no meat! Only vegetables! My husband said I did say no meat when I called! So when I opened my food there was shrimp, and some rubber white meat on it Which she said was "chicken" She literally said it was my fault for not writing no meat in a note section that she took away, because she said she removed, because customers where asking for certain meats and not wanting to pay the difference! She argued that I said no fish not no shrimp, or rubbery chicken! She told me that this is a waste for her business 🙄 She didn't want to make it right for the customer who paid 15 dollars for a meal they can't eat! Great customer service skills🙄NOT! Then she had the audacity to say I don't want to argue about this, and told me I could have another one with vegetables free, but I need to come get it, and bring the other one back! I ordered delivery for a reason!!! My foot is broken! I will never order from this place again! Hunan has better food, and Cindy is amazing! Just so you know lady! I own my own business too. Customer service is the key to HAVE A SUCESSFUL BUSINESS! Not COMPLAINING about wasting your food when your the one who misunderstood and made...

Lots of improvements can be made here, and should be made if the owner wants to keep costumers coming back. We received a coupon in the mail and decided to try it out. When we arrived the place was empty during dinner time, there was only another couple sitting next to us. Their food was uneaten, a huge first red flag. The menu was… a lot to take in. To me, only a handful of Asian restaurants with huge menu options are able to execute the taste perfectly. I’m Southeast Asian so I know how good quality Asian food is supposed to taste. My husband asked the server (who’s Asian too btw) to recommend him a dish to try, and out of all the options in the menu… she picked ORANGE CHICKEN… REALLY???!!! Girl… if we wanted orange chicken we would’ve gone to Panda Express, and I wished we did! The wontons were hard like cardboard you can tell it’s one of those factory-made dried wontons that they just heat up with the packaged broth sprinkled with lettuce on top, honestly it was so bad. Secondly…. the Singapore fried noodles tasted like it was dunked in salt. It was inedible, even for my husband who enjoys extra salt on his food. The server noticed we didn’t eat our food and instead of asking what’s wrong, she kept gushing ab how delicious SFN is and how it’s her favorite (girl… me too that’s why i ordered it?). Also, I saw on their “Why Choose Us” that they have a chef with 35 years of experience… with all due respect maybe it’s time to revisit the recipes or at least start tasting the food before it leaves the kitchen? Well, this was MY experience and a couple of my cents on what they...

I'm honestly mystified at the 4.7 rating this restaurant has, which is what brought us to try it. We ordered 3 meals for take out. The Mongolian beef was very bland. The onion was the only flavor and meat was practically flavorless. The dish was also about 3/4 onion with very little meat. The sesame chicken was very average in every way. Something I would've expected from a 3-star restaurant. While eating my wife found a chunk of clear plastic that was in the sesame chicken (See picture). The sweet & sour chicken was pretty decent... but honestly it's a pretty simple dish and harder to get wrong. Even the fried rice was barely discernable from plain steamed with only the smallest amount of egg in it.

Prices for each dish were in the $16-18 range so I was really expecting something better after dropping almost $60 for the meal. This stung even more after nobody finished off the bland Mongolian beef or the sesame chicken after being grossed out finding the plastic in it.

Server who gave me my order seemed friendly but rushed me out all "here's you order ok thank you goodbye now" like I was a grubhub driver or something. I saw no other customers in the restaurant and no other orders waiting.

Was our first and our last time...

I have been searching for a decent Asian / Chinese restaurant for a long while. I had almost given up when I stumbled across Jin's. From the moment I walked into the doors, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Service was prompt, and the menu looked very enticing. I opted for the peanut Curry with chicken, and my wife for the Kung Pao chicken. We both got hot and sour soup. Hot and sour soup is one of those things at for whatever reason seems to be very difficult for a restaurant to get correct. I haven't had a bowl of hot and sour soup this good since I moved to Colorado 20 years ago! The broth was rich and savory, thick enough to have a good feel to it, and enough spice to make the tongue tingle. I asked for the peanut curry to be extra hot, and they delivered flawlessly. The flavors were rich and full of depth and left me going back for more. My wife's experience with the kung pao chicken was similar. Some of the best Asian cuisine I have had since moving to Colorado over 20 years ago. Thank you! You can bet I will be back again and again.

Extremely disappointed in this establishment. We placed an order 12/24 Christmas Eve, 4 orders of egg rolls (they aren’t egg rolls, they are spring rolls and soggy) 1 general Taos (very dry and overly breaded) 1 orange chicken (same exact meat as general Taos, only difference is the burnt disgusting orange peel on top) beef and vegetables (actually decent) chicken and vegetable lo mein (also decent) and fried rice (just white rice with hardly any soy sauce and tiny specs of scrambled eggs. Once we opened our chicken orders we instantly thought Jin’s had messed up and gave us 2 orange as they taste identical. So we called, I’m assuming Jin is the woman we spoke to. She refused to issue a remake or refund and told us it was our fault, that we could have asked about the ingredients when we ordered. This establishment won’t last long with that ethic, first time customers and we will never return or recommend this poor quality food and disappointing customer service.
