If you do anything to hold up their drive thru line, a woman who I believe is in leadership, does not respond nicely. She’s very snarky and must be overwhelmed. She doesn’t have professionalism in the workplace. She will say whatever she wants to customers, without hesitation nor respect. I understand customers can be frustrating, but a worker in leadership should withhold and maintain professional behavior. A leader should always give good customer service. & If concerned, a leader should learn how to approach CUSTOMERS the right way - By kindly educating, directing, or asking. * Not by being rude and making passive aggressive comments*. However, all the other workers were very kind and understanding. So I couldn’t pay for my food, because my card was declining. I called my Spouse to transfer me money. You know, stuff happens. But the woman didn’t like that. & she resulted in disrespect, instead of kindly asking what’s happening. She made passive aggressive comments about me and my phone call. I was very anxious and feeling very rushed just trying to get money transferred. Done, paid, drove off, and parked. Then I go inside to get ranch, and she prolonged the situation. Brought it up again after it was already over and done with at the drive thru window. All I did was ask for ranch (from someone else), and she turned around and started talking about what happened at the window. She caused a scene inside of McDonald’s in front of customers, then proceeded to take a picture of my car and blame me. That photo was pointless, but I guess it made her feel good. We came through the drive through and asked for a big breakfast with hot cakes we got no hot cakes and our eggs had black stuff all over it. Not from the griddle like chunks of hard black stuff all over it. We had to go back through the drive through as it is under construction. When we got to the speaker we told them and we got told to just pull forward. When we pulled forward we told by the lady at the window to pull to the next window. So we did. When we got to the final window the girl tried to give us someone else's meal. We told her no we needed our meal fixed. She takes our food back through the window and shows a manager. Another girl came to the window and yells at us "we are no longer serving breakfast so we cant give you scrambled eggs." So I said ok how about a refund. She then says fine and walks away. Meanwhile we see a manager through the window so I asked to speak to him. He says ok but doesn't look at me. I tell him how the girl was rude and yelled. He shrugged his shoulders. The girl came up and heard it and proceedes to argue with us about how she was sweet and apologized for the bad eggs. She was not sweet and never apologized. I called her out on that. The manager with out looking at is told us to leave. No apologies or food fixes. I asked for their names and again was told to leave. I said I was calling corporate and asked for their names again. They gave it to us and then yelled leave! The workers name was kristen and the manager was Mickey. Weather those are real names or not I dont know but that was what was given to us. Read moreI was asked to pull forward as the restaurant was out of "biscuits". I waited approximately 6-8 minutes before having to make the decision to leave due to time constraints with my job. I called the store when i arrived to work. The phone rang and rang and rang. I called again 5 minutes later, and it rang and rang and finally someone picked up. I let them know that i went through their drive thru but had to leave so i would not be late to work. I asked for a refund, and she said " well, i say you drive off and we don't give refunds when you drive off this is not our fault". I told her how long i had waited and that alone was unacceptable mind you in the middle of the breakfast rush. She continued to be argumentative with me about this and finally said she would give me a refund. I asked for her name, and she said " i don't have to give you my name". I told her i needed it so when i go in to the restaurant I can say who i spoke with. She again said, " i don't need to give you my name, just come in". I asked for her manager's name and she said " i don't have to deal with you today" and hung up on me. I gave it a third call and asked for the General managers name and she said " Nick". Ok may i speak to nick? I got hung up on again. #1. why are you a manager if you cannot talk to your customers? #2. you could have given me ANY name, maybe not your real name, just so i had something to work with. 3. If you hate your job so much PLEASE QUIT. #4. hoping the owner of this McDonald's see's this and see's the type of people he has working his franchise.
