Terrible! The order process online was difficult. To put in a coupon code you had to put in the order first. By doing that and then going back to finish the order I had 2 pizza's listed. I deleted the wrong one so I got the crust I didn't want.
The delivery driver showed up grumpy. He made no eye contact and grunted his replies. The bill had a $3.99 delivery charge that does not go to the driver. Plus you have to add in the tip. Our $18.99 pizza and wing special cost us $25.88.
The wings were totally unimpressive. I would have liked the choice between bone-in or bone-out, as I like crispy wings! The pizza had VERY little marinara on it, and what was there was glopped in different areas. The add-on Buttery Garlic Crust was equally unimpressive. The only way we could tell there was anything on the crust was by visually seeing the green and licking our fingers after touching the crust. The pizza was a bland disappointment.
Worst Pizza Hut EVER! They used to be good.

This order was due to the previous bad experience. The pizza was ordered online at around 4:00 PM for delivery at 5:00 PM. The order arrived at 5:20 PM while I was on the phone with the restaurant.The driver smelled strongly of marijuana.
The pizza was not cut through. The pizza, garlic knots, and wings were cold. The only good thing is the taste is better than the last time.
The store responded with "I don't know what to say" when I told her how unhappy I was. It was bad enough that we were forced to pay a minimum charge and delivery fee again, just to get our "Free Large Pizza".
I think we are done with Pizza Hut.
So we just tried them yet again.
The order was 20 minutes later than the estimate given. I asked for the pizzas to be handed to me, but they were left on the snowy porch. The meat lovers pizza was supposed to have mushrooms added, but there were none on the pizza. Not a good experience at all! In the end she refused to give me corporates number to call and complain. Stating "she can't give it out" well that's funny since I go on the website and there is corporates number! I stopped tipping this place because they screw up my order morwe often then not, which they did this time as well. I drove to the store to talk to the manager, his response was that it was hard for the drivers because no one was tipping lately. I told him that a tip was in appreciation of good service and not mandatory. I mentioned how it was a drivers job to make sure they were taking the correct order, he argued that it is hard to train them to recognize if the pizza was made correctly. He then refused to remake it and instead refunded my money. As I left I let him know that he was going to let corporate know about their bad service and poor attitude, he said that that was okay because he would be the one to respond. I will never order from this establishment again!
Well, I messed up and decided to give them another chance after over a year. I ordered extra sauce on 2 pizzas and specified contactless delivery as I have the flu. 20% tip online and another 10% in cash left on the door step. They rang the bell and waited for me to open the door to (horseley) tell him that I'm sick and to leave it on the step. They didn't bother verifying the order and I got light sauce instead of extra.
