This place stole money from a customer that i personally saw pay for the food they did not receive. Their staff is rude. They didnt get my food right or my wife's. My crunchwrap was not steak even tho I was charged for it. My wife was charged to remove nacho cheese from a cruchwrap and AGAIN charged for shredded cheese. I ordered supreme on my taco as well and received a regual taco. They never have anyone in their lobby due to the fact garbage is always full and their NEVER at the counter. Apon artiving there fpr dinner the other day... i AM NOT JOKING I WAITED AT THE COUNTER FOR 3 MINUTES. No one taking orders, no one in drive threw GARBAGE FULL AGAIN and i had to call to the back of a restaurant to a group pf chuckling people not interested in helping anyone get service. Once someone asks for a manager you will notice EVERYONE becomes head manager.... and there goes your want to eat there or want to give them money! Seriously this is Devnver where tacos are EVERYWHERE and better tasting so you would expect a taco bell to be accurate anf polite with the customers that do go there... but not this store! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I ordered 6 soft tacos and 2 crunch rap supreme's in the drive through as I drove away from drive through I noticed I had 4 hard tacos and 2 soft tacos, so I went back in frustrated because, I have already waited 15 minutes in the drive through behind one car and a empty dining room to go back in and get my order corrected. Then when told my order was wrong the people making my food were refusing to make my soft tacos, because there screen said all hard tacos obviously, something is wrong with this because I did received 2 soft tacos and the rest hard, as they were arguing about making my tacos out of frustration I yelled I order all soft tacos I'm not trying to be here for hours I have places to be. They were so busy making some kind of big order after me but the funny thing is there was no one in the drive through or dinning area. Read moreI live less than a quarter mile from this location so it's pretty much my home base. I've lived here since 2018 and have never really experienced as many issues as I have in the last year to year and a half at this particular location. I don't know why but for whatever reason things have been declining steadily in that time. It used to be that every once in a while I would have something wrong with my order (like all places), then it became about half of the time and now it's every time. Every time now there is either something made wrong or I'm missing several items or both. I've tried ordering on the app to see if that would make it happen less and it hasn't made a difference. I've had to make sure to pull into the parking lot and check everything every time now but I'm just over it, unfortunately. Besides that, this is also a breakfast location and there have been several times where I have shown up at 10am and there is no one even manning the store, it's just closed. The employees here have been nice and the store is well kept but I just can't justify spending my money there anymore.
Should also note that when I have come back inside to get missing items they just take my word for it, they don't ask for a receipt or anything (not that they ever really hand me a receipt). Luckily I'm an honest person so I wouldn't take advantage but I'm sure plenty people would.
