Look I'm not trying to be difficult here but I simply asked for a new menu item called the Saucy nuggets. It's clear as day as the way it says it on their menu and when I asked for them I literally had to say it seven different times in the Drive-Thru because they did not understand me. Then I get up there and I asked the guy for a 10-piece Saucy nugget and he finally understands then shows me all the sauces. I simply asked if he can mix the sauces in the 10-piece and I get six of the parmesan garlic and four of the spicy garlic he said yes no problem. I then asked my total and he says $16 for 10 nuggets really? I tried to explain to him that I only ordered 10 nuggets and this was a super big confusion for him due to the language barrier. I'm all for all different types of workers in this country there's no shame there but when you cannot understand me and I'm speaking super clear seven different times and still we cannot understand each other there's a really big problem here. The guy at the window got so frustrated because he didn't understand my English that he just gave me the order for free. The Nuggets were terrible and smelt horrific. I just really don't get it and then on top of that the guy was so frustrated at the window and mad that he didn't understand me. I tried to use my Spanish as best as I knew how from working in certain Fields but my Spanish is very poor. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's drive-thru just trying to order in English what is essentially the only language I know through and through. Even the manager was very hard to understand so I just don't get what's going on here. Can we at least get someone that speaks English to run the registers so that way you guys are not having a bunch of problems over and over with English speaking people. Read moreTerrible experience with Wendy at this location again! We had been avoiding this particular branch due to ridiculously slow service. However, today we decided to try them out again.
Ordered through drive through and got our order. Upon checking, 1 spicy chicken sandwich and 1 home style chicken sandwich and 1 large fries with cheese, without bacon is missing. No receipt given upon checking our bag of food as well.
So, despite going through drive through, we got to phsyically go to wendy's to straighten our order out. Met a staff there and insisted that she is the one who pack all the food in and she is positive the burgers are all in there. I had to explain 3 times that we didn't have the above and even had to ask for a receipt from her. Upon checking receipt, the home style chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich are within order but we did not have it in the bags that was given to us. cheese fries - is not even in the order. Still the staff insisted she had placed everything in the bag. In order to prove my point and to stop her from repeating herself again, I went out to the car and bring back the bags of food that we had received. Then the staff told me to wait and didn't appear. After 5mins, I asked for her or do I need to speak to the manager, that's when she told me that they are making the burgers for the missed order.
All these while, not a word of apology. Wendy's got to really look at improving their staff attitude and accuracy in making sure orders are in place. It is once again a super unpleasant experience...

Nope, it's terrible. Slowest moving service people, can't answer or fix simple questions and problems. At least 3 of the last 5 times I've been their Frosty machine is either so low on chocolate it's practically vanilla, or it's not running at all.
The first time the chocolate frosty came out with barely any chocolate I told them something was wrong with it and maybe they should check the machine. The girl staffer looked me in eye and told me it was "fine, that's the way they always are" So I got my money back, drove to another location and got one with the real amount of chocolate.
Today it happened again, and instead of driving across town to get what I ordered I'm writing this and never going back here again.
Employees ignore you while you try to get their attention, the place will be closed at random hours "due to understaffing"
Takes 20-30 minutes to go through a drive through with 2-3 cars. Painfully slow.
Save yourself and drive the extra 20 minutes to another location or skip altogether and hit up...
