Disgusting. Worst Mexican food of my life. My asada taco was literally drowning in grease. I understand you use grease to crisp and warm up a tortilla but this was like the "chef" dipped it in lukewarm grease, took it out and added toppings. My wife thought she was chewing on rocks but turns out it was just undercooked rice. When I arrived for my phone in order there was a person in front of me and one person in drive through. Was waiting on 1 asada taco and they finish a whole order for drive through before I can get my single taco. The chicken taco was a joke. They refried a fried shell. I have been eating for along time so I know what I'm talking about. Your restaurant is a disgrace to Mexican food. I live by positivity but this lazy "food" you are selling was an insult and an attack on the human experience that is consciousness....

The food is alright. This is the only Alberto’s I ever have an issue ordering chilis with. Any time I go in no problem I order the chilis yall serve me the yellow chilis or the jalapeños but when I send my bf or mom in for me they constantly lie and say they don’t sell they chilis. How is that I can go in myself and get them? I just ordered chilis from yall two days ago? And now this lady wants to say they don’t sell them. Can you guys please handle your workers? Horrible. Asked if I could get no celantro in a burrito and they said it was already mixed in. Also they asked me if I wanted avocado I my chicken burrito, when I got home there is no avocado in my burrito. Then I asked for green sauce to go, and when I got home there wasn’t any in my bag.
