This is super ridiculous. You buy a small not even close to worth buying chicken wrap for 4 dollers..you dont want there scrappy sauce instead you want mayo and onions well to my big surprise the price is double what it should be.onions are 0.69 cents And mayo is 0.79 cents both are things that should come with any order especially if you dont get the scrappy sauce that comes with your food item.the cost of the scrappy sauce is the same as the price for mayo so they as in bakers or the ower should owe me 0.69 cents for the sauce I didn't get you would think or why in the world would they charge for any sauce ..or one would cancel out the other one..pretty soon food will come plian and we all will be charged for lettuce tomatoes onions mustard etc etc.... Its the owner who is at fault of this bakers making side hustle off its customers to make up for his loss in other places.in my opinion places like this with owners making side money should be boycotted until they follow bakers guidelines in my opinion you should skip this one and go to the next because they follow bakers guidelines and do not charge for these things that should be free options on any food item . PRETTY SOON WACK OWNERS OF places like this will be charging for things like OH YPU WANT ICE WITH YOUR BEVERAGE its 1.00 extra OH YPU WANT A CUP TO PUT YOUR DRINK IN that will be 1.00 oh you want a a burrito the tortilla is 1.00 EXTRA UNBELIEVABLE HOW OWNERS LIKE THIS GET AWAY WITHOUT BEING HELD RESPONSIBLE. at the end of day this place will make over 300 dollers charging customers what should be free to line there own greedy pockets š¤ no Bueno Bad business poor poor customer
HERS A BETTER SOLUTION GO TO JACK IN THE BOX RIGHT NEXT DOOR LESS THAN 100 FEET THERE CHICKEN WRAPS ARE 100 PERCENT BETTER BIGGER AND JACK DOESN'T CHARGE FOR WHAT SHOULD COME WITH FOOD ITEMS.LIKE ONIONS,TOMATOES, MAYO,LETTUCE, ETC......GO JACK IN THE BOX JACK IN THE BOX ALSO TASTE 100 PERCENT BETTER .AND BLOWS BAKERS WRAPS OUT OF THIS WORLD BAD BAD BAKERS GREAT...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was back home visiting the IE from 10 hours away. I always talk about how great Bakers is and that everyone is missing out who hasn't had it. I finally had a break in my life to come back home and bring along the love of my life to experience this great place. I was excited to see a newer location built in Colton off Valley and Pepper (I understand this is probably not new, but it was a whole new block to me). From the moment we walked in we were treated with the worst customer service I have had in years. I tried my best to give the female cashier praise and show enthusiasm about how long it has been since I have been back home and how Bakers is the best and she kept acting like she couldn't hear me or I wasn't making sense. She then wouldn't give us ranch even though we left a tip seconds before. Her attitude was just disgusting. (I UNERSTAND RANCH IS NOT FREE) I really DO NOT like leaving bad reviews about businesses or people, but this is well deserved and being treated this way is completely unacceptable. Bakers is an amazing restaurant with great š food, but at this particular location on this day I was given the worst service, experience and quality of food I have ever had at Bakers. To top it off our order was incorrect, but the service was so bad we decided to give it to the nearby less fortunate and sadly homeless men who were able to have a meal for the evening. Again as I said earlier, Bakers is an amazing restaurant, but this location is not the Bakers I have told great...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePoor customer service! Everyone looks like they have their jobs. I hate mine too but I am not still horrible with customer service.
My husband accidentally dropped his drink & some of our food on the floor. Like things happen on accident obviously not on purpose. The way they handled the whole situation was not fair to any customer. Next time donāt be so rude over something that is not controlled. Understand that things happen and there is always a better way handling things. It is sad all the workers were acting like that. They saw and one rolled his eyes like, āare you seriousā as if he did it on purpose. They also left the drink all on the floor for a while until another worker saw it on the floor asking what happened. It was no one didnāt want to clean the mess until another said something. That could have been a customer falling walking in the entrance. If I could have, I would have mopped it myself but it isnāt my job and I donāt get paid doing that. Iāll do it with no problem at my job because thatās what I get paid for. Employees need some training on handling situations and better customer service.
I stayed nice about the whole thing because Iāll never be that customer being rude because I treat people how I want to be treated.
Luckily I am from Redlands & never would have to come back to...
