I saw several postings about this place on Instagram and of course I had to check them out...I came in for breakfast since they were close to where I do my apple picking.
This cafe is absolutely adorable and so comfy. I see negative reviews pertaining to the "rude" staff, but my interaction with the workers was very pleasant. The young lady that took my order was very friendly, so I had no issues there.
I wanted to keep it light so I ordered the Sicilian Omelette and it was quite good. The side order of melon fruit rather than home fries was a nice, fresh touch. I also got one of the seasonal lattes which was the pumpkin cannoli iced and that was the bomb. I agree the prices are a bit high for the amount of food you get, but that would be expected in this area.
The cafe itself is pretty spacious and they do offer outdoor dining as well. The menu is small for breakfast and lunch, but they have good items to choose from and they have a good assortment of pastries. Plus they also sell T-shirts, hats, etc.
I had no issues with the onsite parking as there was plenty when I arrived.
Overall, I really don't understand the negative reviews. I enjoyed my first experience and will come back again...
Read moreWow wow wow! I went to the Grind for the first time today with my toddler and I am so impressed! Going anywhere with a toddler is stressful but the staff here couldnât have been more attentive and accommodating to us! They were incredible! The indoor and outdoor seating is beautiful! We opted to dine outside so my toddler could get up as needed , and it was perfect. They have nice comfortable sturdy metal chairs and tables outside. Jennah was soooo helpful as was her coworker (whose name i forgot to get sorry!) They brought us everything we needed so we could just enjoy ourselves and eat. It honestly felt like going to an attentive family memberâs house which was so refreshing ! We got the âcolts neck toastâ which was DIVINE and the cheeseburger which was hello! Juicy! And cooked to perfection. We couldnât leave without trying a donut, and the fruity pebbles donut did not disappoint! I also really liked the fact that they carry honest kid juice boxes and horizon chocolate milk boxes ! Made life with my toddler even easier ! I canât say enough good things about this place. Please go check it out. You...

Nestled in a cozy corner, The Grind is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise! The warm lighting and comfortable seating create an ambiance that's perfect for catching up with friends or diving into your work.
The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the holiday drinks. Each sip of their seasonal specialties was a delightful experience, bursting with festive flavors that truly capture the spirit of the seasonâŚyou won't be disappointed!
While The Grind is a bit tricky to find, the search is well worth it. The clean and welcoming interior, combined with the friendly staff, makes it a place youâll want to return to time and again. If you're looking for a coffee shop that serves up both great drinks and a laid-back vibe, look no further...
