Normally love the service and products. However, as I stood in line with my dog; I would see 6 cars leave the drive through to one person leaving the walk up widow(3 available, one open. Compared to one DT widow and a tablet taking advance orders). When I questioned staff, I was ignored and dismissed by a member whom seemed to be in charge. Andy's Frozen Custard is better than Disney Land, though they are similarly priced. You're getting the best custard around with add-ins that are real and fresh. Pie concrete? You get a slice of pie made that day in the custard. Brownie or peanut butter concrete? Brownies made that day and real peanut butter from the jar stuck in and blendded up.
