Did online order through chipotle app to only find out an hour after ordering, the door dasher who fulfills their delivery arrives to the location to find a note on the door that their "online system is down" and that it would be awhile. I find it odd that the online system accepted my order to begin with. It's was such a headache to find a way to cancel as there is no where to cancel the order yourself. I hada few door dashers trying to cancel my order.... Yes, that's right multiple drivers tried to pick up my order as one would clear it from their end, but my order would stay active. None of them wanted to take the time to get the order from waiting in line or follow up on cancelling the order. I had at least 4 people try to pick up my order! Had to use chipotle online support... which isn't the greatest if I might add, who told me they cannot cancel my order. Really? I told them why should I pay for food I didn't receive.... They quickly gave a refund after they said they needed a few minutes to look up something and would update me. No update from support just find on my own in my email a refund given. I still have a pending order through my app hours later.. đ Trying to order lunch for me and a co-worker ended in frustration and disappointment. Trying to get my money back while trying to work, apologizing to my coworker for the lack of lunch while both very hungry by this time and trying to figure out a different lunch plan which resulted in being hospital food. You'd think the downtown location during mu spring break wouldn't be so bad.... Hah. Never again. After seeing other reviews this tends to be a trend. Iâve had many wrong orders through using the mobile app at this location and today was the icing on the cake. Not only was my order wrong but the worker decided to tell me (after I already paid for chips) that they were somehow out of chips. CHIPotle was out of chips. When I asked if I could get a refund he said to go through the mobile app. I tried to go through the mobile app and it told me to go through a local employee, which I already tried of course. I know that this might not be a long term career for most of these workers but I wish they showed at least an ounce of care for their job.    Read moreI am soooo disappointed. Have been in Columbia since mid-March, and only today discovered that there is a Chipotle downtown! Chipotle was my go-to better-than-fastfood place for years in Orange County CA, and I excitedly anticipated the awesome meal I'd have that night. Very sadly, it was nothing to compare to my Southern California experience quality-wise. The servers did fine, the facility was clean and industrial, but the food was a great disappointment from what I know it can be. The chips were on the verge of stale (yesterday's?) and had absolutely no hint of lime, which I know they squeezed generously over each fresh batch "back home". I drove only 5-10 minutes from the restaurant before opening my bowl, and the food was cold!!! Worst of all, my favorite carnitas were dryish, bland and boring. I only ate a third of the bowl, and will probably trash the rest......
