Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbia Township

As someone who managed fast food for 4 years, I am utterly appalled by the quality of food I was given. One of my pizzas I received only had toppings (including cheese) on half of my pizza??? I know it didn’t slide off because the bland bread triangles you tried to pass off as pizza was crispy, so it was clearly baked in that state. Who trained your expediters to think “ah yes this is definitely a quality pizza, go ahead and send it”. I was also able to PEEL apart said pizza like it was a flakey biscuit? Y’all somehow managed to make a half burnt and half raw pizza. The other pizza I received was underdone as well. My dessert didn’t have cinnamon sugar on half of them. Only thing that came out right was the breadsticks but I was so disgusted with the rest of my order I couldn’t even enjoy it. Pure laziness, I know it’s just a fast food job and y’all are way underpaid but at least take some pride in the work you do. I honestly don’t blame the line workers as much as I do the management. The cashier had alot of issues understanding what we wanted. We asked for specials she typed in something else. Our price changed liked 4x. My husband finally said we wanted the two topping pizza large . The toppings are not correct and neither is the price . Cashier kept saying they had a new system and she wasn't super familiar with it. Which would be understandable but do people not train their employees when they get a new system? Training was not optional whenever our systems got upgraded. We finally got the pizza we wanted at the price we wanted and the pizza was good but the cheese bread was horrible. Very little cheese in a small area in the middle the rest was just bread. Please train your employees better . It was super annoying standing there for 10 minutes and then on top that she said your order will be ready in 40 minutes. Based on very few orders they had and a basic knowledge of the chain pizza industry we knew it was going to be half that long which it was. We both just looked at each other and regretted...

We will no longer be ordering from this pizza place. We've eaten here several times throughout the years because it's local. It's been wrong several times and every time you call to tell them that they messed up on your order theydon't care. One time they burned it and when we Called to tell them that our pizzas were burnt. Their response was that it was because they had cleaned their ovens....but offered no apology for the fact that the food was burnt and they weren't willing to remake it.
