Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbia Township

Polite professional and quick hear it I never go through the drive-thru at any restaurant. I just like the idea they can see me seeing them assemble our food Barrett but we were hungry we got off the interstate and they were open. Conveniently located across the street from a quick Trip gas station. Which is where we ate our meal because the parking lot was pretty dark at the Wendy's restaurant. The male that took our order a very polite patient. The female worker that took our money at the first window she was very polite and friendly. The manager came over because I had trouble with the tickets printing. We picked up a food at the second window and left. The Frosty is large and it's the size of what used to be a small sodas probably a medium. I can remember when..... Anyway it tasted like a peppermint candy cane everybody else liked it. A food was hot and fresh. We got the $5 bag meal. They called the biggie bag but I can remember when... Anyway we enjoyed our meal sitting out at the QuikTrip cross the because Street. Now one order of fries was that dark brown kind of hard you know when they are old. But the person who got them prefers those kind of price so that works out. My junior bacon cheeseburger was loaded with greasy oil. The other junior bacon cheeseburger was not. The crispy chicken sandwich was really tasty according to the person who ate it. I had looked through the bags to see what was what and they did package them separately which was nice three different bags. When I looked at the chicken sandwich and had a nice light golden color which is what they should have if the grease is in good condition. So that was nice. Now they called my sandwich a junior size sandwich and I'm assuming the chicken one was also junior size. Honestly if they were humans it have being a preemie I see you ward until they grew up a little bit. As you can tell I'm old enough to remember when you got a respectable size portion of the soda and hamburgers also the fries in the Frosty. But that has nothing to do with this restaurant because my assumption is that they're the same smaller size of course people will tell us it's for our own good because too much fast food is unhealthy. The restaurants must love that because they've got a reason to give to the customer about wide so small. So we had a pleasant experience at this restaurant and we would return in the future if we were hungry and passing through is sucking...

My kids&I chose to this Location to Celebrate my son's Greatest Achievement! Unfortunately, we didn't even get the food I purchased. I approached the drive thru&was immediately given Horrible Vibes. The tone in the Teenage Girls voice was disgusting. I ordered a Sprite, they were out, I ordered Chocolate Frosty's they were out. I asked if they were waiting on the truck and responded with a negativity. I requested to speak with another person but when I heard the tone of the other girl I knew I couldn't trust my food to be served without being tampered with. I pulled up& entered the store so I could speak with the Manager but instead was greeted by a group of teenagers that were Disrespectful to not only me but made offensive remarks about my daughter.

The Owner Of This Store Must Be Aware of The Disrespect & Childish Crew.

Thanks to your Evening Crew My Children and I lost our money (which isn't relevant) but our Evening Was Ruined!

We Spent Our Money at Steak n Shake & was Greeted with Graceful, Welcoming Customer Service!

I Will Not Spend Another Dollar at Wendy's. They Clearly Don't Understand the Position & Duty of Customer Service. It's unfortunate that such people are hired and are allowed to treat my family and I like were Irrelevant.

Truth is I'm a District Manager of 15 Retail Merchandising Stores. I know the Role one Serves in Good Customer Service. It's a Shame That this Store Lacks any of these proper capabilities to be in stilled in training...

Update of 2/05/2022....!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... all employees with ear buds in . 12 people in lobby all 12 orders for lobby were given out wrong. 35 minutes to order inside .. two managers on duty NO HELP FROM EITHER MANAGER...my sandwg8ches were dropped on the floor and not remade. Had to literally yell at the manager to not put my food on a tray because the 6 times i said it was to go they still made it for here... this was absolutely horrifying and i got home to find soggy cold over salted fries and a chicken patty so hard i couldnt bite into it...thanks for making we waste 30 dollars on food...WILL NOT BE GIVING WENDYS MY BISUNESS ANYMORE ....Ordered the asiago chicken sandwhich . asked for no veggies . got a sandwhich with veggies on it and also a big black beard hair...just saying im a woman with no facial hair.... My husband asked for a regular baconator and was charged for the large size of the sandwhich but received the smaller single sandwhich. When addressed the cooks chose to laugh and crack rather un called for jokes about me having hair in my food. Very unprofessional. Very dirty condiment areas and drink areas. Very unpleased...
