Crazy disappointing experience. Bought a chicken sandwich meal and some nuggets, but the sandwich was raw. It happens, I guess. Could make someone seriously ill, but ok. Called and was told that refunds can only be made in person. Ok, no problem. Returned (with raw chicken sandwich) to restaurant. To be clear, the woman I spoke with, Maya, didn't say I had to bring the sandwich or anything else back, I just offered so they could see. Drove 20 minutes back to the restaurant, and she acknowledged the sandwich was raw and said, "I'm sorry, I have someone new there." Alright, that also happens I guess, but maybe the training/oversight could use some serious work. Asked for a refund and a coupon for a new sandwich. Was given a refund for the sandwich only. I asked for a full refund and was told I'd need to go home, get the rest of the meal, and return for a full refund. That's a 40 minute round trip. I said I wasn't going to do that and said I needed a full refund. Manager, Maya, refused, saying she needed the full meal. Asked Maya for her GM info and she declined. No phone, no email, nothing. Asked for the number for corporate and she said no. I began looking up the number for corporate (which was closed, this was 10 PM), and Maya said I had to move from the window. I said I'd be happy to if they made a refund, at which point she became combative and said if I didn't have all the food she wouldn't issue anything. I said she clearly could issue a refund as she had just done so for the sandwich, at which point she threatened to call the police. Honestly, I came into this thinking, "these things happen" but just ended up talking to someone more interested in giving a pointlessly terrible experience than just doing the easy and right thing. I mean, it's about 16 bucks, you know? At least don't steal my money and be a jerk to me, please. I don't understand why someone would get more satisfaction out of screwing over a stranger who hadn't done anything to them rather than doing the right thing by another...
Read moreI’m a big believer in customer service and making your customers not feel like a burden, or better to make them feel like you actually want them to be there (they are keeping your business alive, after all). THIS Wendy’s was horrible with their customer service. They were prioritizing the drive-thru, which I understand because I’ve worked a few fast food jobs and know that they have their times they have to hit. At the same time though, the guests who are literally just standing around in the lobby waiting to be helped should AT LEAST be greeted and acknowledged warmly. That’s all it would have taken for me to not be a little upset about that particular part. My main issue with this place was the fact that the guy running the counter was very unfriendly and didn’t smile once, I don’t think. I asked him for sauce for my girlfriend and I and he gave me only 1 of each sauce I asked for. So I asked for some more and he said nothing this entire exchange and was giving off the energy of being annoyed with me for asking. I said thank you and sat down (no reply), only to have to come right back because they forgot my nuggets that I ordered with my combo. Again, he said nothing at all and seemed even more annoyed with me. Their freestyle Coke machine was super unresponsive too and was making me wish that it was just a classic style soda machine. Food was decent, but the experience overall had me frustrated more than anything. All-in-all, not somewhere I will be visiting again anytime soon if EVER. Thanks for reading if you did, Wendy’s. I hope you can solve some of these issues to make others’ experiences better. I don’t feel like I’m at all a hard person to please, it’s just the little things. I know a few other people in there were a little annoyed with the service too, as well as the 2 peeps I had with me trying to get some...
Read moreThis location sucks. Definitely needs new management. Almost every single recent review is a 1 star.
Dine-in is a gamble. Half the time it’s not open when it’s supposed to be. And if you do get inside it takes way longer for some reason.
I’ve seen several great employees cycle through here. Too many people working just roaming around in the lobby and outside.
Floors are often hella greasy. In the winter it is absolutely freezing inside even with a coat on.
They’ll get out your fries and nuggets first and then let them sit and get cold (not that that matters because they were probably made at least 3 hours ago and are dry as hell) whist your other cold food is being prepared. They never have chocolate chip cookies. Any cookies they do have are stale and dry. Sometimes I don’t think they have any chili prepared and they make up some ghetto chili that you can tell they just tore up an old dry burger and put it in whatever mix they have.
Food takes forever as if it was all being made fresh… nope. All cold and dry. I moved here a year ago and have given this place several chances. Tonight was ridiculous. Nobody had any idea what my mobile order was even though it was confirmed at the drive thru speaker. The person trying to figure out my order at the window was kind and competent though. Lots of confusion on their side.
I came inside to eat my drive thru order. Lots of shouting going on. Again allll my food was cold dry and nasty but I knew I wasn’t going to get anything better if I complained or asked. They honestly should have just closed for the night when they started having problems….or better yet for good until they find people to manage properly. Fire the bad apples and you’ll keep the good ones. Nobody wants to work in that...
