I am writing this review regarding the exceptionally poor, unprofessional, snide customer service that was displayed of an employee by the name of SASHA. Whom works at the Target department store location 3245 Geier Drive Cincinnati, Ohio 45209 as a Starbucks Barista.
Upon my arrival at the Starbucks counter to place my order; I was met by Sasha. I politely asked for a Venti Caramel Frappuccino with caramel walls, per usual. Since that is my favorite, I order it almost every time I visit a Starbucks. Sasha responds by asking “With caramel what?” in a taunting, haughty tone. I repeated the caramel walls part again for a second time; with Sasha responding: “With caramel logs; what?” this time, with a somewhat clueless, taunting tone. By the third time I knew I was being taunted for whatever reason; since I do not have an accent, or speech impediment of any kind. Even still I repeated "caramel walls" very slowly and clearly as possible. Sasha then responds in a poorly faked surprised tone “Oh, caramel walls; I’ve never heard it referred to as that before.” I just looked at her. She then asks me: “So you want caramel on the inside of the cup?” I responded “Yes, that’s what it’s called right…caramel walls?” Sasha then proceeds to tell me the total of my order. I showed her my cellphone for her to scan my rewards card to pay for my purchase. Sasha scanned the bar-code, then slams down the scanner and turns away to prepare my Frappuccino; with a noticeably foul attitude. My experience then gets even worse when Sasha finishes preparing my drink, she placed it on the counter and states: “You’re welcome!” in a very audacious, arrogant manner. This was said as soon as she placed my drink on the counter; before I had the opportunity to say thank you, or not. And I sure as hell was not going to thank her for sh*t! Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Target anytime soon; for this experience will not be quickly forgotten. I refuse to be treated in a despicable, disrespectful fashion. The treatment I received was very unprovoked, unwelcoming, unpardonable, and very undeserving; I felt extremely undervalued as a customer of Target and as loyal patron of Starbucks. Furthermore; I have every intention of returning all the items that I purchased from my Target visit today 4/30/19 and repurchasing them from another retailer (i.e. Wal-Mart, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Meijer etc.) since I do not have to patronize Target; and support the low-class staff you all have established.
Incident occurred at the Oakley Target 3245 Geier Dr. Cincinnati, OH 45209 on 4/30/19 at 6:38 pm.
Note: Sasha is not a new employee either; since she has waited on me a few times prior, when I placed the same exact order each visit with her. Therefore, she was very aware of her ignorant...
Read moreI would put this as zero stars if I could. Apparently you weren’t allowed to bring a stroller into target and use it as your grocery cart without people thinking that you’re stealing. I’m grocery shopping and getting some miscellaneous things, and I am pushing my stroller around and asset protection walks passed me and my friend and says that we have to take out all the “concealed” items that I put in my stroller. Keep in mind putting my five month old in a cart including her car seat, obviously takes up the entire cart, and there will be no room for groceries. My stroller has more room in the bottom than a cart would. So they proceeded to tell me that I need to take out my concealed items acting like I’m stealing. The guy also followed us around the store. I ended up putting everything back besides a few things i absolutely needed. I was very annoyed, and I find it very rude to assume that I would be stealing just because I’m using my stroller. I know there are people like that, but they made it seem like I was intentionally coming into steal, they were talking over the walkie-talkie saying that I was stealing a phone case that I had put by my daughters car seat which was still in plain view for-anyone to see. I will not be returning...
Read moreThere was 1 check out lane open and 2 of the 4 self check out open the store was not busy. When I began my turn at self checkout my 5 and 6 year old children with me were very excited to scan their treats and the baby item they had each selected as a gift. While they were taking those items from the cart I began scanning other items (our total was 15). The self check out employee began to loudly say maam 3-4 times before I realized she was addressing me. In an unpleasant and loud tone she then asked if I could see there was a long line and only 2 of the 4 registers open? Before I could address her she then said the kids were too slow. There were about 6 people in line behind me and they were all staring. My children were upset and we were all embarrassed by the encounter. While I understand it's important to keep customers flowing through checkout I do not appreciate being embarrassed and made to feel as though parents of children are not welcome to shop at target. My kids were very respectful through the store and excited, this encounter really soured their experience of gift shopping. If this is the experience offered we will take our...
