When I approached the Subway from the parking lot a deranged man was uttering unintelligible sentences at passersby. As I approached he advanced towards me, yet I had a moment of luck as a pedestrian was just walking out and got subway sandwiched inbetween me and the crazy fellow, allowing me to retreat into the street. While the unfortunate man took the brunt of the deranged assault I quickly dashed inside the Subway with all due haste. Upon entering the deranged man entered the Subway and said something... what exactly I don't know... then he slammed the door shut. A worker quickly stated, "don't worry he's just like that". Wow. He must hang out there a lot for the worker to know him so well. Anyway, for this reason alone I don't recommend the place. When it was my turn to order I asked for a 6-inch Sub with turkey, cheese, lettuce, green peppers, and jalapenos. What I received was a foot-long Sub with turkey, cheese, and onions, and I had to ask the worker 3 times for jalapenos. I didn't stutter, whisper, or anything, I was patient throughout and spoke loudly and clearly for her but she seemed to zone out for a while. For whatever reason she just stared into space like she had no idea what I was talking about. On the third attempt, she said, "oh... ok" and dashed a whole 3 jalapenos on my Sub. After paying, I decided not to eat there and take my food to go. When I left, the crazy guy was still outside speaking to himself so I decided to go around the other side of the building to avoid him. I can't exactly...
Read moreFirst I tried calling gor an hour and the phone never connected. Finally I decided to just go to the store. I needed a small platter to feed eight and I was told by the staff that they didn't have enough bread and that they needed time to pull meat, all while they sat in the dining room and ate. I didn't understand this at all! What would have been the difference if eight separate customers came into the establishment? Thankfully the Subway, less than a mile away, on Devine Street assisted me and the store was only staffed with one very fabulous young lady named Haley! I needed the platter to feed my family at a near by hospital, where my Aunt was just taken of a ventilator. Shame on those employees at the Taylor Street location however my family and I are very thankful to the Devine Street...
Read moreI use to work at five different subways and have never told a customer they couldn’t add items to their sub lol I think that’s just crazy. If you add veggies it’s extra!! ? Are you serious, that has to be the dumbest thing ever. Then you have to get the sun made the way it is. I don’t know who owns this subway but it’s ridiculous. The lady worker today was rude and had no customer service skills. She tries to move to fast. She even slammed the receipt on the the counter. I wouldn’t come back here ever again. Worse subway I’ve ever seen and experienced. I’m not even gonna eat the food because the place was dirty as I was walking out I notice things I didn’t notice as...
