I just tried seven brew for the first time on garners ferry Road. Very nice facility! The coffee was burnt and was absolutely not in anyway shape or form. Couldn’t taste the chocolate in the coffee either. The girl who took care of me was fantastic. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding but there is no misunderstanding that the coffee was burnt. I paid $3.50 and gave a Three dollar tip to the service. I have been a loyal 7brew customer for the past two years (16800 lifetime points loyal 🤭). They are my preferred coffee drive thru! Customer service is always good. However, the past couple of times I’ve visited over the last month or so, my drinks have been so mid. I LOVE the iced blondie, but whether I come in the morning or afternoon, medium or large size, I’ve gotten a flavorless drink, just tastes like milk, coffee and ice. I was also excited to try the iced matcha drinks, but I have the same issue. Matcha doesn’t taste fresh or flavorful, and the syrup flavor is barely noticeable. Not sure if it’s due to changing staff/management, but I wish they would put more effort into the quality of the drinks! Been going to 7brew since this location was open . Honestly coffee almost every day and buying like 4 . I work in the prison and I have to explain that working in the prison your law enforcement I’m the same level as patrol but in the prison. Because we aren’t in a cruiser we aren’t law enforcement, you don’t get a cruiser working in the prison because you work in the prison. It’s tiring to have explain that not all law enforcement are the same . Had my whole uniform on and apparently I might be playing police . Also active duty ? Again headed to prison ! Do I need to show my work schedule now ? I loved 7brew over Starbucks but now this is getting crazy . Even chic filla, chipotle just wants uniform and now I gotta prove I’m heading to work and that there’s law enforcement in the prison and I’m not some weirdo playing dress up...
