This is my first time writing a review for a hotel. My experience here was horrible. The first room that I stayed in was decent for the price you are paying with the exception of the bathroom. There were several think black hairs in the sink and on the floor. I didn't want to make a big deal about it and cleaned them up myself. As I was walking through the lobby, the lady at the desk asked about my room. I told her it's fine but there was hair in the bathroom. She didn't say anything and just kinda of smiled. After coming back from an event that evening, as I was preparing to go to bed, there was a roach crawling on the wall. I killed it and was very tempted to go to the front desk about it. I decided not to because it was late, and I was tired. Also, I knew that I would be checking out in the morning and relocating to another room in the hotel. Originally, I had plan to stay one night at this hotel. However, I decided to stay another night to spend time with some friends. This change in plans was decided upon before I checked into the hotel. I made two different reservations because the first one that I had was booked for the second night. This brings me to the continuation of my horrible experience here. The next morning I go to the front desk to check into the second room. The man at the desk asked me to read the incidental policy aloud to him. After I finished reading it aloud, he asked if I understood what I read. I was highly insulted. I have never had a hotel ask me to read aloud a policy. I have a BA in English and a Masters in English as well! I didn't complain about him making me do that and went to the second room. This room was better and cleaner. After relaxing for a few, the room phone rings. They ask me about the room and also about adding the second guest's name to reservation. It was strange because when I reserved the room I selected two guests. Anyhow, I hung up and began to relax in the room again. About ten minutes later, the room phone rings again. The lady at the front desk said they are charging me $35 for a blood stain on the sheets. I said ma'am I just started my period and it happened that morning right before checking out. I couldn't help that. The blood just went through the inside sheet and mattress cover but not the mattess itself. The stain was no bigger than the palm of my hand. I was so upet I told her I was cheching out. On the way out, I asked the front desk for the corporate number. I filed a complaint asking to not be charged for the $35 and to get a refund for the second room since I was only in there for 2 hours. Hopefully, this will get resolved soon. I went to the Hilton Garden hotel 15 mins away and asked them if they charge guests for a blood stain on sheets due to a period and the guy at the desk said no. I know every hotel has different policies but starting one's period is something that only females deal with. It is unfair to charge a women this if they don't charge a male for the same thing. Also, I didn't read anything about blood staining when the man at the front desk made me read the incidental policy aloud before checking...

There was NO STAY!! I am so very disappointed in this hotel and the service that my daughter (military wife) and my husband (disabled veteran) received today 4/18/2022. My daughter made reservations at this establishment, 2 weeks prior to our check in today. My husband is a disabled veteran and has a service dog, trained and certified by a certified trainer. My daughter advised the clerk before reservations were made, that he had a service dog and that we will be able to provide verification of her training. At the time of the reservations, the clerk advised her that, that was fine and all was good. When we arrived at this establishment, we were turned away, because my husband went in with my daughter to check in, he left “Bella” in the car. Normally, she goes wherever he goes, but we just drove 7 1/2 hours to get here for our son in-law’s drill sergeant graduation, and we just wanted to get checked in. The clerk was so disrespectful to my husband and told him, that he should have brought “Bella” in and since he didn’t, he was turning us away. My husband explained to him that he was a disabled veteran and that she is a certified service dog. The very rude clerk, asked my husband, what service does she provide and my husband advised him, that “Bella” is his hands, that she picks up things for him, opens doors, and basically is “his” hands. He rudely advised my husband, that basically, “that isn’t a service and that she wasn’t a service dog”. After my husband left the lobby, this disrespectful, inconsiderate, and lying clerk, advised my daughter, that a service dog was not on her reservations, which was a lie, because I was there when she spoke to them and made the reservations. I am so disappointed and disheartened with how my husband, a disabled veteran of the Desert Storm, was treated by an establishment in this great country, the good ole USA 🇺🇸 I highly recommend for people NOT to stay at this establishment, especially how they treat men and women that has and still is, serving this...

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THE WORST ACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. First of all this place is a freaking joke. We stayed to go to the zoo on Valentine's Day. We just wanted a place with an indoor pool and my son wanted to set up a nice bath for his fiance. We went straight to the pool upon arrival. The jacuzzi is literally black and barely warm like a bath for a baby. The jets blow cold water. The pool is green and you can see black all around the edges from dead skin cells. The pool was freezing. We asked the manager to turn the heat up and he said there is no way to but it's set on 85. I think he meant 65. There are signs on pool entrance because obviously they had previous complaints. No pool towels either. My son asked several associates and the manager for a drain plug which they all replied they don't have any in this hotel. They have jacuzzi suites but no drain plugs? There was hair in the bathtub, my son was getting dressed when the maid just walked in our room without warning and worst of all I did a load of laundry and someone stole all of our clothes except my underwear, few socks and swimsuits. I went to report it to the blonde lady at the front and she looked at me before saying ,"well what would you like me to do"? Umm.....how about give me my money back or something. She said I'll write a note to manager which she wrote on scrap paper and never even got any of my info. Never called manager til the cops showed up to take a report. She called manager and he didn't care at all. Cop said would you like to talk to her (me) and he refused but told lady at the front to give me whatever number they had for corporate. Cops were called several times during the night for the whole hotel smelling like weed and people smoking in this non smoking hotel. Front desk was also notified but nothing was done! BIGGEST WASTE OF $108 plus about $300 of stolen clothing!!! STAY AT...

So far, I'm not very impressed. We're on night one of a three night stay. A lot of amenities have been canceled due to COVID, which is understandable. They also canceled the hot breakfast in the AM, which wasn't told to me. Ok, it is what it is. The fridge hasn't been able to chill soda cans in the five hours we've been here. Second floor ice maker offline, so we have to trek for ice. Room has hole in wall under sink. Stains on carpet. Chunks of tile missing from jacuzzi. All very frustrating. But worst of all, someone else was able to open our door around 10-11 at night while we were in bed. The only thing that stopped them was the door latch. When we leave tomorrow, are people free to dig through our room? We have to wake up early to meet with maintenance so they can look at it. Yay, Radisson is ruining our "once every three years" vacation. At this rate, I'm not sure what we are going to do. Will speak with manager in AM and decide what to do. Will update review after that. UPDATE: added photos of rust or stains on bottom of jacuzzi tub and dried wax near tub. Gawd I hope that is wax. Adding additional pictures as I go. UPDATE: couldn't sleep due to AC sounding like shrieking cicada. Went outside at two A.M. to smoke. Homeless guy sleeping on bench in smoker's area. UPDATE: 8 A.M. went down to get our free cold bagel. Homeless guy now sleeping inside lobby. Staff seems okay with this? FINAL UPDATE: decided to gtfo. Front desk was on her own due to manager illness and was told we have to call 800 number for refund. 800 number told her that they could only do that at the site. Long story short, front desk clerk Trinity came to the rescue by communicating with everyone and arranging our refund. Her and the maintenance gentleman were kind and supportive of our decision to cancel rest lf stay due to issues. Good work by both!

There are many nicer suites in the area, so I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. We booked and paid online for our entire stay, but check-in still took 45 minutes. Because we didn’t arrive the day before, we were marked as a “no-show,” even though our booking was intentionally made for a next-day check-in. The front desk clerk appeared unfamiliar with processing a simple credit card payment and was completing other tasks instead of focusing on check-in. She seemed disengaged from the moment we arrived, possibly because her shift was ending. Not once did she take accountability for the inconvenience nor did she ever apologize. The next day, the same clerk was at the front desk with loud rap music playing — overall, not the professional atmosphere you’d expect. The hotel does not match the photos online. The swimming pool water appeared brownish, yellow, the rooms are outdated, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. No soap was provided in the bathroom, and housekeeping does not service rooms automatically during your stay. The fitness center image online appears to be a stock photo and does not reflect the actual facility. The photos used for advertising are misleading, and the strict no-refund policy means you cannot get your money back if the property does not meet your expectations. I don’t mind an older, themed hotel, but I do expect honesty in advertising and basic cleanliness. The combination of outdated facilities and very poor customer service means I will not be staying at a Country Inn again. I do wanna point out that the manager did take the time to speak with my husband about the entire ordeal and she was very polite and very professional. I think that if we would’ve dealt with her from the very beginning, our experience would have been much more tolerable.

1 night stay April, 2022 Let’s be extremely clear on the 5 star rating as the 5 stars go to Latrell McCormick and not the hotel whatsoever. Our 1 night stay was a stop over on route to Miami. I quickly dropped in to see if Country Inn & Suites had any availability as all surrounding hotels were sold out due to many events on going. Latrell was more than happy to assist us, she had a beautiful welcoming smile that greeted us and friendly yet professional personality at all times. At first sight you can see this hotel property is in desperate need of a complete gut and total makeover. This property clearly has been pushed to the side and not taken care of interms of refurbishment. Let’s be clear as this is not fault of the employees that work at this property as you can see how hard they all work. This is lack of concern for the inside of property in general. We entered our room, and immediately you can sense a urine odour. There was a desk chair that looked as though dog had torn the back rest apart! I mean, seriously a piece of furniture in that condition is deemed good? The list goes on, no hot water to shower, no cold water to brush your teeth and the vanity sink was clogged (gross). Shower pressure was ok, the shower curtain was torn/ripped at both ends. Bathroom urine smell became worse while you showered, and I’m guessing due to the heat and moisture of the shower steam. Bathroom walls and room have God knows what all over them. The windows are awful and have no sound barrier at all, as you could hear the cars driving by from the nearby street all night long. All in all, this hotel is screaming for help! Again, the best thing about this hotel is Latrell, 100 %
