9/17/2022 Garners Ferry Rd off of Atlas Rd location
First off, "OUT" of several menu items (it was almost the end of breakfast). Then my order was taken wrong in the drive-thru and I was charged based on what the person who took my order had put in on her tablet. A different employee did confirm my order and tried to have my order corrected before my food came out to my car (kudos to THAT employee, as she had to walk around the building to the pick up window and communicate the corrections for my order), but then when two different employees brought my food to my car (before getting to the pick up window) I still didn't receive everything I had ordered and was given food that wasn't even on my order. Then when I went to the pick up window to tell them what food I still hadn't received, the employee then told another employee and they prepared a bag of my missing items. I was given a bag which I checked before driving away. It STILL wasn't what I had just told them I was missing from my original order. I informed them that it still wasn't what I had ordered, only to then be told breakfast was over so they couldn't make it now. All I needed was a PLAIN BISCUIT to give to my picky kid. I will NEVER use this location again. Car line wrapped around the building and clearly people don't know what they are doing. I wasn't even offered a refund for them not being able to make what I initially paid for. Let alone being charged incorrectly in the first place as nothing was put in as a meal, I was charged for an extra chicken biscuit, and I was charged for a bacon biscuit with add ons on of bacon and egg...

Read moreI order 3 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Left, discovered that I was missing the cheese. Yes first thought is the book “Who moved the cheese”. The point of discovery had been well after ordering and had going back. I asked the outside attendant for the 3 biscuits to be remade. “Absolutely no problem” was the response. Then about 5mins later response from the same person was that I needed to pay for the extra biscuits. I kindly reminded them that these were not additional biscuits but ones that I needed to replace the 3 that were incorrectly made. Fast forward we are now 15 mins deep into this. After waiting a few more minutes I decided to grab my mask and venture inside to see what in the world was take so long. Once inside I had to prompt people to fix my order. With ice cold biscuits in hand I get handed 3 cold pieces of cheese. What in the world am I going to do with this I thought out loud to the poor person standing there. Furious at this point that I was promised remade biscuits, I mean who wants to eat cold cheese on a cold egg and bacon biscuit. Maybe if I was going home I could have heated it up but my Honda doesn’t come with a microwave built in. At this point I had to go full Karen and ask for the manager. She responded to my request for remade biscuits with “Normally when there’s one missing item we just give the missing item.” My response, fueled by 30mins of waiting for apparently 3 slices of cheese, was the following. “Well when I order something I expect it to be complete, which means not only all the items but at least hot-ish”. The manager did eventually get me the 3 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Woo! 40mins later. All that aside I also don’t feel that this CFA experience fits the “My Pleasure” mentality that they preach. In fact not once did I hear that. I truly hope that you guys read these. I know that this year and last year was a challenge but in all of this we can’t forget who we are and what we are supposed...
Read moreSo I order something from their website they forward me DoorDash to complete my order. The order came to me messed up. I had to leave my house come to Chick-fil-A for the manager to tell me that it was a door-dash problem. He proceeded to say hey you got to contact DoorDash, the order was correct we're on my end? The order wasn't on mine. Plus my hash browns cold so I asked nicely. Can you replace them?. He replaced the chicken sandwich but didn't replace the hash browns. What type of sense does that make? Do you want to make the customer happy? I don't think this store has a customer obsession because if you want to make someone come back to the store, you want to leave them with a positive note instead of a sour taste in there mouth, but I think if I was a Caucasian man. I think he would have treated me a lot differently. Hopefully that's not the case, but that's just my opinion. Will I come back to this establishment of course but not when he's working. It seems like this Chick-fil-A has went from being a wonderful establishment to being just like a McDonald's!. I just thought considering the fact that I got a delivery order and I paid way more than what I was supposed to if I would have came inside. Knowing the situation that I'm going through he will at least have the decency to make my day a lot better. All he cared about is... It's not his problem....
