Today I was looking for some flooring for the dining room floor. I am totally new to the DIY world when it come to flooring and Jeremy was so informative, knowledgeable and helpful. He empowered me to believe in myself that it's totally possible. I TRULY APPRECIATE U, JEREMY! Then as I was walking around checking out what else they have to offer Jakari just asked if there was anything he could help me with. Like I'm real big on customer service especially since it's such a rarity and those guys really gave me hope. Like it was more but I didn't get their names like a gentleman with dreads he was on the forklift but he made sure if I looked as if I was struggling he offered his assistance too. Unlike Brandon who was working in the area with tubs n stuff was totally NOT helpful at all. I asked about measurements of a tub since none was posted and Brandon just gave me a tape measure as if he was so busy on the computer that I was a BIG INCONVENIENCE for even asking then he couldn't even help pull the heavy ass tub out from underneath the tables or assist with getting the measurements.

Thank God his coworkers Jeremy and Jakari was on it cuz they almost lost a customer w that slack customer service Brandon gave!!! Smh

Vanities Galore!

My husband and I were in the store looking for bathroom vanities. Wendell, upon seeing us in search of the perfect cabinet asked if he could help us. He came back several times to check on us. Linda Lu at the cash register was very pleasant and helpful. She informed us of their policy for holding our items as well as the return policy. She said to call if we had any problems.

This store is extremely busy and customers need to be considerate of the sales staff. Vashti is only one person and she was trying to wait on three different individuals at one time. It is evident she gives it her all to try to accommodate everyone’s needs. Natrell, Malik and Evan were awesome! They helped load all the vanities and other pieces of furniture in over ninety degree weather. Scott, one of the assistant managers, jumped to help his guys and make sure our needs were met. This is the second time that I have visited Southeastern Salvage to purchase cabinets. And it is also the second time that I have been incredibly impressed with the employees of the store. TJ and Joe, who both work in the cabinet department were absolutely professional, knowledgeable and very personable. They answered all of my questions, and gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision. I then asked to see Craig, the store manager, to tell him of my wonderful experience, only to find out the Craig was every bit as nice as TJ and Joe. Now it’s time to check out and didn’t I get Joan who turned out to be the best cashier ever! It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
