Decided I would order Taco Bell tonight, placed a mobile order 5 minutes before leaving the house and then drove 10 minutes to Taco Bell. Went inside and food wasnāt ready yet. Granted, itās 8:00 at night and they had 4 cars in drive through and 6 people were at a table waiting for their food also, so I understand itās probably going to take a little bit. I let the lady know my name and she gives me the ok. 10 minutes later the party of 6 all gets their food and the employees seem focused on the drive thru, I understand, Iāve worked in the fast food industry I donāt expect top tier service and that they are in a rush. 10 more minutes go by, itās been 35 minutes now since I ordered and Iām starting to get a little frustrated. The lady comes up to me and lets me know one of the items I ordered is gonna take 4 minutes to cook, okay thatās fine 4 more minutes isnāt badā¦. 20 minutes later I get my food. I donāt think any restaurant Iāve ever been to (even fine dining) has ever taken almost an hour to prepare my food and Taco Bell is FAST food. The other issue is the employees joking around and dancing and on their phones. You canāt wait till you guys donāt have customers waiting for food? I understand that itās hard to get multiple different teenagers to stay in check while working but there is no reason anyone should have to wait an hour for their food at a fast food joint. The first time I went to this location a month prior I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive through and the employee was extremely rude talking to me. Umm okay u was just going to let me order half my order without saying something.. so I order something different to replace those, I had 12 items all together, the guy at the window hands me my bag I count my items, sir my order is wrong there are 10 tacos in this bag I ordered 12, so he asks me what's missing I said I š¤ the two soft potato tacos, u put the bag together u don't know??, he asks over and over I said I don't know and proceed to pass the bag back so he could figure it out... I'm 8 1/2 mths pregnant 14 days away from my due date and now I'm hungry, tired, and getting aggrevated .. he proceeded to tell me he can't take the bag back.. I say I don't want u to take my order back I just want my missing tacos I paid for... Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an order through the mobile app. When me and my partner get up to the window we let them know itās for a mobile order under my partners name. 1: lux cravings box with a beef quesadilla and a beefy five layer burrito no beans, 2: lux cravings box with the normal stuff, and finally 3: a beef and rice value burrito and some nacho fries. They give us our drinks and after 10-15ish minutes they come out again asking if it was for someone else. We inform them that no we had already let someone know our name and they give us the bag. We get home to dig in only to find out my beef Quesadilla was rolled up into a burrito shape to replace the burrito my partner ordered, and they made my quesadilla a stacker with rice, beef, cheese. basically they messed up the burrito saw i had something similar and decided to just throw that into my box and roll up the quesadilla to make it look like they gave us a burrito. iām very disappointed and honestly just shocked they thought we wouldnāt notice this huge mistake.
