Crumbl — Restaurant in Columbia

Wow, the friendly vibe in here is like no other location I’ve visited..and I’ve been to many others in several different states! I didn’t get his name but the guy that was working both times I’ve visited just completely made my night! He has a manager vibe, so maybe he is the manager! Worked on the register and made sure to go back and forth to see that orders were going out on time. He is a ROCKSTAR. This company really needs to recognize his unique skills in customer service and the kindness he shows his staff. He makes you feel like you’re so important as a customer. I had to come write a review which I never do because I just have loved my experience here every time. And the cookies…..DELICIOUS! Was doing DoorDash and walked in. There was multiple people working and no one acknowledged me in any way yet kept looking at me and walking back and forth. I saw that a box was being filled and assumed it was my order. I stood there for over 20 mins with no one acknowledging me again. I spoke up and asked for manager and a very young guy came up front ( one of the ones that saw me come in) when I expressed I was doordash and how rude and not nice no one tried to help or anything , he just said sorry. I love Crumbl cookies with a passion. The service here has always been good. One complaint I have is that there aren’t any seating options. Sometimes it’d be nice to be able to sit at a table (even outside!) and eat a cookie rather than just getting it to go. For example it’d be nice to end a date by sitting down at Crumbl, or when I’m out by myself without the kids, it’d be more fun to eat the cookie at a table rather than just in my car. And it would feel a little more comfy and less sterile if there were cute tables and...
