We got here about 4:15pm, was seated and we immediately ordered because we had 3 kids under 3 years of age. 4 adults, 3 kids. 10 min, Waitress brought 2 orders of wings out for 2 adults. 10 mins went by, brought out a side salad and a side of fries that the same 2 adults ordered. 10 mins again, brought out an entree salad for 3rd adult. 10 mins again, finally brought out kids meals and last adult. (40 mins for kids to wait for food) Entree salad was half wilted, BAD lettuce. Asked to take back and just replace with American cheeseburger and fries. Burger came out within 5 mins (how was this fast? Not sure) SO greasy, missing ingredients. Ate some of it because hungry and kids patience was running low by this point. Waitress came by and asked how the food was, I again informed her that the food was not up to par. She then went on to tell me that the kitchen staff was busy, they had been brought in way early for a meeting, and that if she could make my food, she'd have it perfect. She brought the bill and the salad was taken off but the burger was still on there. I asked for her to take it off because it still wasn't a complete, good meal to being paying for. She said that she would go get a manager. This other lady (not the manager) came out and started telling me that since I had ate the food, I had to pay for it. I explained to her about how our whole experience was going and she then offered me 10% off that burger. I refused because it wasn't what I had ordered, this was the second mistake, and my kids were done being there. I then asked for the actual manager. I suppose the real manager came out, had an attitude from the very beginning, and said I should have complained about my food again so they could fix it. This was the second mistake from the kitchen. Why do I have to request for all of my ingredients to be on my plate when I ordered exactly what was on the menu. The need to go through 3 staff members to take this charge off literally wasted the time they claim they didn't have. She then proceeded to say "I'll go ask your server if you are all of it, if you did, you have to pay. If you didn't, I'll take it off". She came back, said "here", placed my ticket on the table and just walked away. The burger was taken off. The customer service was appalling. I've never experienced such childish rude behavior from adults. In my years of customer service, the customer is always right. I never complain about my meal, mainly because I understand being short staffed. But the attitude, unwilling to keep a customer happy and refusing to take the fault of your kitchen, shameful. Read moreI was a little questionable at first because a lot of the tables were empty and I still had to wait for about 15 minutes I was told that I would have to wait for about 15 minutes so that's okay, but when I got seated, my server was very attentive and the food was excellent and served in a timely manner. I know almost every place of employment is very low staffed at the moment for some reason. With a lot of people out of work, I don't understand why people don't want to work, but anyway, the food was great the service was great once I got seated and everybody was extremely nice. DaMario, whom I understand is Manager, was my server. He was very attentive to my needs. Excellent manager to jump in to help staff as needed with a great attitude. Also, he has great communication skills as he always kept customers up to date on what was going on and what to expect. I heard him talking to other customers as well. Kudos to all staff tonight as I don't believe there were many there. There was a Birthday "singing" that I suppose all staff attended and there was but a few. I also work in a very staff stressed job and the way they pulled it together was very professional. Kudos to all. Read moreBe cautious when ordering from the app for this specific location. I placed an order on Wednesday, and they sent me someone else’s order instead. I called and spoke to Dell, who mentioned they realized the mistake after the Dasher picked up my order. He advised me to contact DoorDash and request that they call the restaurant to either resend my food or issue a refund.
However, DoorDash informed me that they cannot process refunds since I ordered through the Buffalo Wild Wings app. I submitted a complaint through their website and also called their customer service. Skye reached out to me and said she couldn't refund my $31.09 because, on her end, she had no proof of my payment. I have a picture of the order I received, along with my order receipt and bank statement showing the charge.
Despite this evidence, she insisted that I either accept the gift card she offered or lose my money entirely. When I agreed to take the gift card, I received an email stating that the email address was no longer in service. It's worth noting that this particular location doesn’t even have a BBB file, while others do. This location seems to take customers' money when they are in the wrong, which is ridiculous!
