Manager was very rude and unconcerned about making sure our order was remade until wed made several calls. His comment about "this is why we lose money" quickly turned around when I told him he could have the smoothies back because i clearly couldn't drink them. He overtalked myself and my partner the entire time, although he admitted he did not hear my partner put the order in, only what he saw his cashier (who lied when I spoke to him about the transaction) entered on the screen. At that point I just wanted a refund and to never spend money there or at any of their other locations, downtown, and in Lexington, after spending hundreds of dollars with them every mo th for the past few months. Corporate nor the store have refunded me yet, or contacted me for a resolution.
Edit after response: no, he was very clear on what he asked for, and going above and beyond to make us happy when I was not able to get a word in edgewise? How would being handled rudely be going above and beyond to make anyone happy, especially when it took 4 phone calls to even get remade smoothies offered? The lack of accountability is astounding. You cannot state what he ordered as you admitted you did not hear him place his order, so that statement is incorrect. The initial comment of how my order was even placed was irrelevant. Read moreI went to this location for the first time with my family and the I must admit that it will be my last time! I do not live on this side of town, and so walking in was an immediate different feel. The building inside does not look as pleasant and up-to-date as the other locations in/around the Columbia area. The building had an odd smell, which I noticed immediately once I walked in. With both of those being concerns, those are not the reasons why I am leaving this review. Long story short…. I need a manager to reach out to me. I had to address both the team lead Summer and the young man who took our order about an intimidating and very unnecessary gesture that my little 10 year old neice told me that he made towards her on our way out. I did not see it, but did re-enter the building to ask about it. The team lead Summer (I believe that is her name) was NOT helpful at all. She stood there, as I explained what my neice told me the male cashier did to her, as if I am not even speaking to her. Read moreI visited this establishment many times never had a bad service there. Well I'm not sure if it's because the dark color of my skin or just down right Dishonorable. I purchased a sunrise paradise and Bahama mama fruit cup. As I placed my order I was told they was a hot item selling and one was just made that was made inaccurate I missed it a minute before I walked in they had disregarded it. Cool I payed for my items took a seat. I happened to be seating close by the counter from the right where I can see the food preparation counter. A young kid named Justin reaches in the trash can and pulled the fruit cup out and dressed it up and bagged it and call my name. I was so in disbelief I requested Megan the manager and reported what I seen they both turned paled and apologize continuously. The kid faced turn red and walked to the freeze in the back. I have never felt hurt in my life before like I did yesterday.
