I should have taken a picture but I forgot to ask I sat next to 2 dirty tables. A male took my order and he was well mannered and professional. I came in ORIGINALLY for a remake I was "told" to come get and ask I stated that it seems that a manager was there. A heavy set black lady, she was so rude and loud that I didn't want to ask her for her name because they are handling my food. She was loud and rude because her employee did not notify her that I was coming in for a remake and she kept loudly saying how that was against protocol which has nothing to do with me at all. THE GUY WHO TOOK MY ORDER ORIGINALLY OFFERED ME A REFUND but I said a remake was fine since he was nice and professional. Makayla (name on the receipt) was also there making subs, she was extremely rude as well. I thought she was the girl who took my order on 5/31/25 at around 9:06pm but Makayla said no rolled her eyes and walked of on me saying whatever she was saying. Maybe these people think that customers are dead and blind and want rude people handling their food but I swear I don't. You 2 ladies really make me not want to come back here. I will be returning with a purpose. Maybe I need to speak with someone above whoever that manager was. Hope the employee who was just trying to get my order correct didn't get in any trouble, I appreciate you for correcting...

came in at 8:06 to order a large steamer on wheat.$10.46..just as Ive done for many years. Ive never had to check my order EVER!. the cashier was sweet as usual ...she read my order back as usual. long story short ..We get on interstate 26 heading to Charleston for my husbands bday surprise celebration and the sandwich is completely wrong! WHITE BREAD!! SLOPPY!!!! we don't do white bread for one 2nd the sandwich is sloppy soaked in Mayo 3rd there isn't even a pickle in the container. at first I wanted to turn around & request my money back!!! but we were on a time schedule & already in route. Im so pissed that look for the receipt & I call and find out that its the MGR THAT MADE THE SANDWICH & HE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME BRING IT BACK IN WHEN WE RETURN. ..YEAH SURE KEEP IT IN MY BENZ C450.... CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST ISNT THE SAME ANY MORE. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO CORP..ABOUT MR TRIP. HE SHOULDNT BE A MGR. This dude has the nerve to sound as though it wasn't a big deal !!!!! I tell him that the sandwich is on white instead of wheat!!! The sub didn't even have a PICKLE! WE'RE NOT EATING THIS SLOP!!!IVE NEVER SEEN A SANDWICH MADE THE SLOPPY...

This place needs to get it together. I put in an online order for pickup at 12:35pm on June 18th of 2022. I put the order in at 12:05. Thirty minutes to get three sandwiches done. I arrived in time and was told they were finishing it up. It was 12:37 at that time. They asked me ten minutes later what was wrong as I was still there with no order and I told them I was still waiting. We got our bag from the worker and he gave me someone else's order entirely! They didn't even have my order.

The food was okay but it was subpar to the location closer to my home. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was an awful experience. The people were rude and had an attitude. Especially the cashier with the septum in her nose when I asked about my order. She rolled her eyes and didn't even try to be nice or kind. Will NEVER return to this location and I hope no one else...
