Dulce Bakery and Cafe — Restaurant in Columbia

I can't say enough great things about Dulce Bakery & Cafe! The pastries here are absolutely incredible—flaky, fresh, and full of flavor. Whether it’s a croissant, danish, or one of their specialty desserts, everything tastes like it’s made with so much care. This has quickly become my new go-to lunch spot! The sandwiches and salads are just as delicious as the baked goods, making it the perfect place for a midday break.

On top of that, the employees are so friendly and welcoming. They’re always happy to help with recommendations and make you feel right at home. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out. I’ll definitely be coming back...

Very cute bakery with a variety of desserts, from cupcakes, cookies, brownies, cakes, cheesecakes, croissants, and bars. I ordered the key lime pie bar, which was a pleasant balance of sweetness and tartness. I tried their peanut butter chocolate cupcake that someone with me had ordered and it had a nice crumb, while the peanut butter icing was smooth and creamy. While there was seating available inside, the weather was nice and we chose to sit outside where there are partially shaded tables at the back of the establishment. This is a new bakery/cafe in Columbia at the Vista. I just stumbled on this yesterday. Lucky me!! My wife is gluten free and loves chocolate. I asked about GF options. The owner went over the options and ingredients of their chocolate cup cakes. I purchased the chocolate cup cakes and the raspberry cup cakes. My wife said they were delicious and moist. I ordered a delicious breakfast sandwich with egg whites, avocado, tomato, turkey, and cheese. The owner and staff are very friendly and cordial. Service, atmosphere, and the food are all top notch.
