False Advertising!!!!

The signage above the kitchen area clearly states that the sausage egg and cheese croissant is $3. However when you place the order it rings up as $4.99! If I wanted it to be $3, I would have to order coffee with it! Of course the coffee itself is extra, so I would have ended up paying a lot more.

The cashier and the owner proceeded to give me a song and dance about the various options to get the sandwich for $3. The fact remains in order to get the sandwich for $3 I would have had to purchase something else. The signage shows a $3 sandwich so I was expecting to pay $3 plus tax.

I was hungry and wanted breakfast so I did get the sandwich. However I do not plan on going back to this location ever!

I pulled up to the drive-through and no one answered for five minutes. My daughter even spoke into the window “is anyone was there”. I then went inside and they told me they did not wait on me because I missed the order menu outside. They could have simply told me to pull back around or waited on me. I honestly was just going to tell them they missed me and order donuts in the store. Emmanuel and Darren were extremely rude. Darren originally said he didn’t wait on me because I did not order where I was suppose to. I asked for a manager and then Darren stated he didn’t see me. No manager came. I will never visit this Dunkin’ Donuts again. The worst part is I had to explain to my kids why we were not waited on. I am also making a report...

Terrible service. Used the app to order 3 sandwiches, 2 hash browns and 2 coffees. Waited almost 15 minutes in the drive through line. Went inside and was told 2 sandwiches weren’t available. Substitute sandwiches were made but no refund for the price difference. Got home and the substitute sandwiches were prepared wrong and the rest of the food was smashed (like squeezed in your fist). Made a complaint through the app. On June 18 an email arrived promising a refund in 3-5 days. Emailed them and got no reply. Called customer service number and was told that I was only due a tiny refund. Then I was hung up on. Called back and was promised a full refund. No confirmation email and no refund. Done...
