As a professional photographer, I spend a lot of time driving to different locations for photo shoots. Having a reliable and delicious coffee spot along my route is essential. That's why I always make a point to stop at the Dutch Brothers Coffee location in Columbia, Tennessee.

The first thing that impresses me about Dutch Brothers is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The baristas are always upbeat and happy to help, which sets the tone for a pleasant experience. They remember my usual order - an American Eagle hot - and have it ready for me in no time.

The American Eagle hot is the perfect fuel to keep me energized during long days on set. The rich, bold flavor of the coffee pairs beautifully with the smooth and creamy steamed milk. It's the perfect balance of caffeine and comfort. I find it to be the perfect pick-me-up, whether I'm just starting my day or need an afternoon boost.

Beyond the delicious drinks, the drive-thru service at Dutch Brothers is incredibly efficient. I'm rarely waiting more than a couple minutes to get my order, which is crucial when I'm working to a tight schedule. The speed and accuracy of their service is truly impressive.

Wow oh wow!!!! I have been frequenting Dutch Bros for the past year or so and all locations are fabulous. BUT! This visit went beyond my expectations! I ordered my usual (it’s very specific with a lot of requests!) and when I received it, it was just a little bit off. The color wasn’t what I was used to (I get the same thing every time and it looked a little different today). I am not one to complain, but this was my big special treat for the day. I went back through the drive thru and told the employee what was going on. I felt horrible about asking them to remake it! I didn’t want to cause any trouble - especially while the drive thru was busy!! But let me tell ya - there were 3 employees who went above and beyond to remake my drink and make it perfect - while making me feel comfortable. They made me feel so welcome and did not make me feel like an inconvenience at all! I appreciated it beyond words - as I was so anxious to ask for a new drink. Every employee that I came in contact with was beyond helpful and so so so kind. Thank you, Dutch Bros Team, for all your help & kindness today & for making my medium iced golden eagle with soft top, half non-fat & half breve, and mafia style...

Probably both my first and last visit to Dutch Bros. Went by around 7:30pm to get caffeinated for late work and got in line with one car ahead of me. I ordered a large oat milk latte with no flavoring, which is fairly straightforward. The drink cost $6.53 ($8 with tip) and all I got for it was a large cup about 60% full of burnt coffee and foam the rest of the way. Even if it were a cappucino that would have been a lot of foam, but the bad coffee on top of it made it a complete bust. 2 stars for managing to land something hot and caffeinated in the cup.

And ownership, please don't bother with the autoreply response. It's the same copy/paste, nothingspeak corporate jargon on every review. I'm not interested in emailing your national headquarters about something local management isn't going to acknowledge themselves. I think I'll just not buy coffee...
