Falafel King (Mediterranean,Indian,Crazy Wings and Pizzas) — Restaurant in Columbia

This was my SECOND time picking up for Uber eats, and it will be the last one I take for this place. Same lady and same experience on BOTH occasions. When I first walked in, I was not even acknowledged at the counter after standing there(in complete view of the kitchen and 1 man and 1 lady working) for at least 3 minutes. There was one customer sitting near the counter waiting on an order, and if this were not an Uber eats pick up, I would have just sat and waited. In this instance my time is money! After she acknowledged me, I gave her the name on the order, and she lied and said it was almost ready and would be a FEW more minutes so I stepped to the side as I watched her and the male working with her start the order in front of me. I figured it must be something that did not take long, so I walked to the gas station next door and wasted 5 minutes, then I returned to be told it would be another 10 minutes. If she had simply stated the food had not been started yet and gave a correct estimate, I would have canceled the order and let someone else take it. Again, time is money. All of this nonsense aside, I would have been understanding if it only happened once and the customer service had been better. I now refuse orders from here and will personally...

We went over to have halal food today which me and my family were really craving but instead we were just welcomed with a long 45 minute wait on basic dishes. There were 7 other people that came after us and received there food before us. As well as a family who didn't even wait 10 minutes for their food. We also realized That that family was given the full dine in experience because they were given nice plates and treated with kindness while we were given the utilities for take out even though we told them it would be dine in. The food was also not that good. It was my second time having indian food and it was just not it. Everything except for the sauce was so dry and plain. The portion sizes looked like they were made for toddlers. Overall i will never be coming back here. They were also very nice to those that left before us telling them happy new years and making conversation while with us they couldn't even waste a goodbye on us. We were expecting something great because of these comments and reviews but seems they are just racist towards certain...

WORST WORST WORST UNSAFE We ordered Chicken barbeque Pizza last month.When we had 2pieces n was about to start 3rd one we found a metal thin wire type string which was there under d cheese on d pizza.It was like metal wire which is there on dishwasing Scrub. Imagine what was if we had eaten that. Went inside d store to show it to d lady there on d reception n she was like Ohh sorry this happened.. Thats it ,nothing more than that....SHE DIDNT HV COURTESY TO GIVE REFUND OR ASK FOR GIVING DIFFERENT DISH...As we left that UNSAFE PIZZA with her and left from there ...What if we had eaten a metal frm this pizza? This s d safety n hygiene measures they r taking while cooking food.. They are charging us fr giving us metal in the food.. Only around 5 or 6 small hard stale chicken pieces were there on d Pizza n it was like small size pizza which was extremely oily, stale chicken , metal wire in it.. Wow and they are running a restaraunt in USA n fooling people n playing with there lives.. AVOID EATING n ORDERING IF U WANT TO...
