Hardee’s — Restaurant in Columbia

I go out of my way to get the breakfast platter and this day in particular I invited my daughter to come with me. Service slow for a Saturday. Sausage was burnt on both orders and ordered extra hash browns. Did not receive the extra hash browns so I waited in line to inform and cashier was addressing the issue, however had to wait on hash browns. When hash browns were ready orders after mine were getting hash browns and this was after 15 minutes of initial order. Then manager on duty that was expediting order wanted to know what I was waiting on. I explained to her missing the extra hash browns I had ordered and showed receipt and she finally put in a bag the hash browns and just handed to me, no communication from her. I did thank her. I was surprised to learn that a “grilled cheese” at Hardee’s wasn’t actually grilled. What I received was toasted bread with two unheated slices of cheese just thrown on the bread. Far from what I would consider a grilled cheese sandwich. When I inquired about the cold cheese, the cashier (who had just handled my payment) took the sandwich, placed it in the microwave and advised that this was how it is made when I asked. The hash rounds tasted burnt, as though the oil needed to be changed. The eggs that I were given were old eggs from the well, with cheese mixed in. The sausage patty was also old and burnt. I had the same breakfast at this location about 1 weeks ago. It was early morning though, about 8 a.m. This morning it was about 10 a.m. Nearing the cut off time to breakfast and entering lunchtime.
