Hunan Family — Restaurant in Columbia

Been coming to hunan family since I moved here over 10 years ago. Today will be my last time ordering. I watched all those kids grow up there & I went to order today & the attitude is ridiculous. I don’t know if the woman is gone or what but my sesame chicken was very hard. Over the years I only get certain items because I know it’s gonna be bad. When I went in the teen was super nonchalant & acted like he had an attitude. Shoving the receipt in that little hole, he walks off… I ask for my card he says it’s in there. I was like ok he’s an asshole…I feel like the prices changed. It’s just not good anymore. I’d rather walk to mayflower by Simmies in the rain getting chased by a fox before I step back in there. The lunch specials run about $7. And they all come with fried rice and an egg roll. The give you more rice than anything. There is barely enough vegetables and meat in all the options we've had. The egg roll is decent, but one time it tasted old and foul. So we had to throw it out. The food is overall bland, and not that great. And it gets more and more bland each time.

I’m soooo over this place and the RUDE lady that takes the orders over the phone. She’s so worried about asking about the tip before your food is even delivered that she got my order wrong. Then had the nerve to say she didn’t hear me. I bet she didn’t hear me…POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve ordered from here a lot and tried to overlook small things like not receiving utensils to condiments that’s suppose to come with the order but this is UNACCEPTABLE!
