Columbia Tag and Title — Local services in Columbia

Long story short: my brother passed away last January and his car was in Hawaii. We had to go through a series of steps to try and obtain his vehicle, legally. However, we ran into a plethora of issues and took over a year to finally get things going but, even then, issue after issue after issue, they just kept coming and the entire process was tedious, tiresome, frustrating and stressful.

Then came along an amazing individual who goes by the name Tamara (did I spell that right?). She was able to solve the last 3 issues we had - she went out of her way to help us (WTH) and was able to finish the final step into getting my brother's car.

Who would of thought that the entire year+ of going through the ordeal, only to end up being super thankful, appreciated and understood????

She remembered who we were and understood our situation. She has a good heart.

This world needs more people like...

I am long-time customer (11 years) of Columbia Tag and Title's sister business Pro Wash Auto Spa. However, recently I purchased an out-of-state vehicle which presented several challenges obtaining the appropriate documents in order to obtain my title and registration for Maryland. Tamera was a god send!! I reached out to her and she coached me through what I needed to convey to the out-of-state dealer in order to get things on track. If it weren't for Tamera, I would likely still be running in circles with the dealership. WOW!

This is a real review. No BS. I was expecting a bit of convenience over the MVA but was still blown away at how easy they made my experience! The office was clean and quiet, no long lines or waiting. The young lady who assisted me was was polite and professional and made the entire experience EASY. I simply handed over the documentation she asked for and within 10 minutes I had my tags and registration done!

Why would I EVER go back to the MVA? Iam DEFINITELY going back to Columbia Tag and Title Services for any needs that cannot be done online.
