A spectacular mistake! Long-story-short: Ordered 4 pizzas and on one of them instead of ordering a regular 16-inch pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms, I mistakenly ordered a White Pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. Caught the error too many minutes later to change it, plus we all figured "what the heck, why not?" And oh my GAWD was it good! Shout out to the kitchen staff at Waterloo - they used fresh sliced mushrooms. Don't even bother trying this from anyplace that uses canned mushrooms: it will not be the same awesome pizza we just devoured. We will definitely be ordering this again. Pardon me to anyone who is already a fan of this combo, but I just never thought the words "pepperoni" and "white pizza" went together as deliciously as they do when you're ordering from Waterloo. The picture shows the last 2 slices seconds before they were scarfed up.

The pizza was actually pretty good, so why the two stars? I asked for a soda with it and instead of getting the soda I asked for or telling me they were out of it, they sent me a Fanta that expired three months ago with rust all over the top of the can. Someone seriously looked at that can and thought that whoever got it wouldn't notice or care. Thats why i'm giving them two stars. It's more of a sign of their mentality. I mean lets face it, it's just a 50 cent can of soda but if they're willing to sell something that clearly should have been thrown out months ago where else do they make the same concessions?

Been going here for over 10 years. Ordered food for my staff and requested "crispy pizza please", as we do all the time. What I received was a burned leather shoe that was almost black on the bottom and still wasn't crispy. Called to see if I could get a replacement and they stated I needed to send the manager a picture of the pizza. Sent the picture and the "manager" stated he needed to send it to the owner. I called back 45 minutes later and they refused to replaced the burned food telling me "This is what you requested". After 10 years I will not be returning to this location ever again for food.

We had been hearing about this great "gas station pizza" (Waterloo Pizza at Exxon) and thought it was kind of amusing and would definitely be a different kind of adventure for us, so we tried it.

We could not believe it, but they actually deliver, which is a plus! So, we called up and ordered a large veggie pizza; They said it would take about 45-50 minutes; then 12 minutes later, the doorbell was ringing. Very fast service, I’d say?!

The ‘large’ is HUGE! This pizza could feed two people for a couple of days, for sure. The sauce was very good and so was the cheese. There were a sufficient amount of toppings on it; the bread/crust was different but still pretty decent. So overall, really good pizza - just like we had heard.

The only thing was it looked as if the pizza was disheveled, cheese/toppings had slid off some of the slices and a slice or two was slightly folded up against each other (no biggie!), indicative of a rough transport from the Exxon; but we’ll give it 5 stars still because of the quality.

We will definitely be return customers. I think I’ll try one of their subs next time, a lot of folks boast about them in other reviews. It was a wonderful adventure, so thanks for...

Run to Jersey Mikes! Waterloo Pizza was the Worst Experience Ever! I went inside to order a 7 dollar sub and realized I had forgotten my wallet. I place my order and tell the guy at the cashier that I forgot my wallet and to give me 5 minutes so I can get it. After uncomfortably looking me up and down for a moment he absolutely refuses to put my order in. I thought he was joking at first. He tells me he has no idea if I will return to pay for the 7 dollar sub to which I responded that is the same risk you make when you receive an order over the phone for pickup. It feels awesome to drive to a business you frequent and be told you may be a thief. Apparently one can order over the phone which I have done many times and pay when you get there but god forbid you leave your wallet and need to come back in 5 minutes. I wasn't asking for a free sub mind you, I'm just asking to start the order the same as you would if I called over the phone. Terrible customer service rude and insulting. I will never go to this business again. I have way to much dignity than to be treated like this. Jersey Mikes has a much better sub and...
