Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbia

My family is in Columbia from out of town, and we wanted to try a local pizza place. I called and talked to James, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Together, we came up with an order to feed everyone. He applied available coupons to my order to help with the price, which was very much appreciated. He did let us know that they were down to one delivery driver and delivery could take 45 minutes to an hour. It took about an hour for the pizza to arrive. Everything tasted great, but during the delivery process, two of the 3 pizzas got a little jostled and lost toppings, either being slid to one side or stuck on the top of the box. These things can happen when you’re busy, and we understood. James was the highlight of the entire Jets experience. 10/10 would recommend James to any employer and I really hope he gets a raise. Well hot 🔥 diggity dog 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 I'm down here in North Alabama it would be really something to come up there and get me some of that scrumptious Pizza it looks like we used to have one down here around the Huntsville area I'm not really sure exactly what happened to that store maybe if y'all moved it over towards Madison that would really be something or even move down to Cullman Alabama that would be a really great place to start but for now I'm happy that y'all move closer towards Tennessee cuz every time I'm in Charlotte North Carolina or Greensboro North Carolina I'm dialing your numbers y'all have the best pizza in the world hands down that Detroit crust is awesome I will be ordering soon thank you Jet's Pizza for making this possible we all love to eat...

Tonight after a winter storm had hit,with both of us sick, we decided to go to our new go-to place for pizza, Jets Pizza (despite pricey ). One of their employees by the name of Hailey, among their other awesome team members in the past, provided outstanding customer service and made sure we had all that we needed for a great sit down family meal minus the dishes. She went above and beyond to ensure that we would be satisfied with our meal and provided us with what we would need to make it another all-star family meal, by being knowledgeable of their menu as well as an incredible great customer service attitude.
