Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Columbia

Update contacted customer support multiple times only to be told this location is not manged by the corporate offices. They collected my info to have the owner reach out which I still have yet to hear from. Its been like a month. I will continue my calls and leave reviews and complaints until i get a response. Ordered online and waited about 30 mins over the projected time for pick up just to be told the order was never submitted but they were able to pull it up stating it had to be remade. I could no longer wait and requested a refund. I was very rudely told they don't provide refunds and I would have to call corporate. Then flat out told me they don't know the number stating I need to google it. Never will I ever go there again. Busy or not you do not get rude with your paying customers. I feel like they bumped my order to clear their screen and forgot it. I am livid now since the damn corporate number is only answered Monday through Friday. I was waiting for my order and a lady came in and acted extremely rude towards the lady at the counter. I thought it was about to go down but the lady at the counter handled it extremely well. There were only 2 staff members working at the time and I wasn’t sure how long they were working but both of them looked very stressed so it was impressive that she was able to handle it so well given the circumstances. After I got my pizza, they gave me a free dessert since they made me wait longer than I had to. They told me they messed up my order initially and I thanked them and went on with my day. I feel like I didn’t show them enough appreciation but for the 2 ladies behind the counter, just know that your service was some of the best I’ve ever seen from a chain where normally the workers don’t care and are usually very rude. This is the 4th time we have ordered in the last few months. Our food is always delivered by door dash. Every single time the driver forgets the drinks. Not a big deal, most times we ignore it and this time the driver offered to go get it. Super nice driver. This time AND the time before, our food was raw. I called the last time we ordered online and the driver refused to get our drinks and the manager said he couldn't do anything because we ordered online unless we wanted to go in. The point of ordering was so we wouldn't have to drive. I pushed hard enough and they said they would mail coupons which never happened.
