Crossroads West Shopping Center — Local services in Columbia

The owner's son is very disrespectful and Shady. We ordered the pizza special and he tried to charge us 15 a piece for them because one pizza was going home with one person and the other with me. We ordered a Greek salad and ordered a pitcher of beer.

We did not have time to eat and decide to take it home. He tried to argue with us that one pizza was going to a different residence than the other Pizza what the hell....

Is that $15 worth losing customers that pay 50 to $100 every time they come. The disrespect your son gives the customers is only going to lose you business. You don't treat people like that and then expect them to come back to your business. So buyer beware make sure you're being charged for what you ordered.

This is an older shopping center that has been around longer than the Columbia Mall. It is right on the corner of Broadway and Stadium, so it is easy to access and convenient. There is a small inside common area from which several stores can be accessed without the need to go outside, but several of the stores only have outside entrances. There are two great resaurants here, House of Chow and G&D; I highly recommend either of them. The only downside to this mall is that the parking is pretty tight, so at certain times of day be prepared to walk a little and be prepared for close quarters maneuvering...

I went to T-Mobile to get my phone fixed. They took my phone # and said go wait in your car. Said they'd call in 20 or 30 minutes. I then went to G&D Pizza and had a wonderful pizza. Finally T-Mobile called about an hour later. I then waited there for another 20 to 30 minutes for someone to come out and give me a piece of paper with a phone number to call and file a claim. All this started across town where the T-Mobile store was closed. It to about 2 1/2 hours to get a phone number. I saw 3 people who could have easily saved me some time. Go to G&D but find a different...
