Today I went through the drive through and asked for a lemonade no ice along with a few meals for my family. We had a really chill morning and an all around good day. I point this out because I was in a great mood. While still at the window in my car, I took a sip of lemonade and realized it was warm. I have always gotten my drinks without ice because fountain drinks come out cold and you don’t need ice. However, there machine must be broken because it was warm. I asked the lady at the window if I could get a bottle water from her instead and attempted to hand her the lemonade she gave me. She then out of no where screamed, literally screamed at me that she wasn’t touching my drink, but that she would get me a water. When she handed me her water, I asked her for tartar sauce, but mid way through my asking, she slammed the window shut and refused to come back. I waited long enough to pull up the LJS corporate website to write a review of my experience because I was absolutely floored with how this woman treated me. My 14 year old son was in the passenger seat and he looked at me and said “is she off her medication? Whats wrong with that woman?” It was THAT crazy. She never did come back to the window. I decided to park my car and go inside because I sure as hell wasn’t giving a place like this my business and I wanted my money back. As soon as I entered the lobby, that same woman saw me and ran to the back while she hid for at least 5 minutes in an attempt to hide from me. She eventually came back out to the front and refused to acknowledge me. I told her I wasn’t leaving until I got my money back. She finally acknowledged me and said she was t giving me a refund without a receipt. You know what’s really interesting? She never gave me my receipt. She finally admitted to it that she kept it and did eventually give me my money back. I then tried to ask her what her problem was and she threatened to call the police rather than apologize for her outlandish behavior. I wish she would have. I am letting anyone with ears know how she behaved until she’s fired because this women has no business working in the public, let alone customer service if she can’t handle someone politely asking to exchange their drink. I was told her name was Carrie. She apparently is a manager and if that’s true LJS has made a huge mistake employing someone like this, let alone in a...
Read moreI guess I’m just going to stop having to go there. Not even because the food is bad. However, because this one particular person, do not know her name. She usually works the window. Has brown, medium length crimped up hair and multi- colored nails. Not big but not skinny. One time I came through she looked at me and just started bursting out laughing, then proceeded to slam the window in my face because I asked for sauces, she intentionally gave me the wrong ones as well. 🙄 This last time I came through, she proceeded to argue with me and tell me I didn’t ask for something I did at the window, which I did, she just didn’t hear me. Pretty sure she spit in my drink too. I noticed she made it and then walked off around the corner with it. I get it, open it and see foam at the surface. Needless to say I didn’t drink it. Just had to waste what little money I have. Her whole demeanor was just rude, once again. She is a very unfriendly, unhappy, rude person. As long as she is there, I will not be coming back!! I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH COOPERATE...
Read moreMy family and I live in North Alabama and all of the LJS’s in our area have all closed. We just happened to be in Nashville yesterday for a day trip and looked this LJS up and stopped in for a meal on our way home. So GLAD we did!!! For starters, as some others have mentioned, their health rating was 100. The fish, hush puppies, french fries and coleslaw were excellent! My wife is not partial to fish, so she ordered chicken instead and she told me it was great as well. Service was awesome. The manager really stayed involved and on top of things and was making sure all of the customers were well taken care of and satisfied. We were there on a Friday at 7:00PM. One of the best fast food experiences my family and I have ever had. This place will definitely be on our list of places to stop on our next trip back to Tennessee! If you get a chance to eat there yourself, don’t forget to ring their bell as you leave, cause I know you’re...
