Pretty bad. I had delivery, build your own thin crust. The pepperonis were left out, and there was the odd bit of weird protein in a few places, maybe it was chicken? The crust was undercooked and doughy, the amount of cheese on this thin pizza was overbearing. Caution: if you order delivery through door dash and your pizza is not right, they say sorry, there’s nothing we can do because you ordered door dash. I wasn't even asking for a refund on the pizza, just an adjustment on the ingredient I did not get. They did not care one bit.

Second time at this Marcos and it’s been amazing. The staff is super friendly and the pizza was made perfect! The store is clean and if I wasn’t taking it home to the family i would had pulled up a chair and ate inside. The owners were getting ready to do pictures with Santa for the community. You can tell they really care! Pictures say it all! Will definitely be back again!

This was supposed to be a steak, mushroom and cheese sub. Barely two tablespoons of meat and the rest was all mushrooms. All in all it was bread with some mushrooms. Extremely disappointInfo sub. The pizza was good and thin crust was cooked as my husband likes it.

The cashier refuse to take my order because I refused to give him my name. That is discrimination: 2024 Tennessee Code Title 4 - STATE GOVERNMENT (§§ 4-1-101 — 4-58-110) Chapter 21 - HUMAN RIGHTS (§§ 4-21-101 — 4-21-1004) Part 5 - DISCRIMINATION IN PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS (§§ 4-21-501 — 4-21-503) Section 4-21-501 - Discrimination prohibited. Marco’s pizza is really good. That being said, my wife and I ordered pizza online for delivery and waited for an hour and 1/2 and never received it. We called the store at 10:14pm and discussed this with the manager on duty and she told us that they never got a notification for a delivery order and she would not help us out at all. She told us that we could try and order again, but that they couldn’t gaurantee that we would get our order, because she said that delivery stops at 10:30pm. IT SAYS ONLINE THAT DELIVERY HOURS ARE UNTIL 11PM AND THAT YOUR ORDER HAS TO BE PLACED BY 10:30PM!!!!!!! Pathetic! DO NOT GO TO MARCO’S PIZZA IN...

Arrives on time, but the pizza is gross. My fiest order was bad, but wanted to give this chain a second try. Ordered two pizzas with different toppings - the bbq chicken pizza was disgusting (meat quality, flavor) and my pepperoni pizza was so salty it was inedible. Both pizzas have a weird parmesan odor to them (not in a good way) that is extremely offputting. I've had Marco's from a different location before and really enjoyed the pizza. Not sure if it's this location or if the chain itself made changes, but will avoid...
