PJ's Coffee - Columbia Mall — Restaurant in Columbia

asked for a small hazel nut coffee. the register glitched. the employee sighed, waved it off, and handed me the cup. no charge. no receipt. just eye contact and unspoken understanding.

i said “are you sure?” three times while tears welled in my eyes. i begged, even pleaded, but alas my efforts in vain

and with one last look, i saluted him

now i’m sitting two blocks away, sipping betrayal. this coffee is strong and so is the guilt. five stars for the coffee. five more for the brave soul behind the counter. i...

This is my 2nd time visiting this location, and both times the service is slow which I don’t mind. But I waited in line for 10 minutes, and wasnt acknowledged to say she knew I was here and would be with me shortly or anything until she was finally able to take my order. I would also like to say the price on the board doesn’t match what I paid. A medium frozen drink ended up costing me 11$ with no additives when the board says it’s 7$

Good coffee but...

I have been here twice recently and not only was the coffee great, but the service was too. The young man was so nice and accommodating. He was professional and had the coffee hot and fresh. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but he did a great job. I did not catch his name but he was there at opening yesterday (Thursday 9/18). The coffee here is delicious and I go out of my way to get to it....
