Got the Karak chai and it tasted like powdered tea mix those pouched you get at halal store with cardomom ginger chai however for the price of almost $7 ofcourse I was expecting real and fresh home made chai ??? Like is that and unreal or unfair expectation? I think not. Highly disappointed and slightly annoyed and most definitely want a refund. Kashmiri chai was thin and watery instead of creamy and luxurious, also did not taste like authentic chai but more so a bland store bought powder mix—so disappointing and unsatisfying! We ended up throwing our drinks away after two sips, such a waste. Tired of supporting a business and getting subpar quality. I bought their Qaffee Signature during ICNA Convention. I gotta say it was delicious as proven by huge crowd for their coffee. However, my only criticism is that charging $8.50 + tax + 0.50 for a cup with ice; altogether about $10 bucks; which is a lot considering the quantity of coffee. I hope Qaffee House owners consider lowering their prices to something more affordable. This should not be more than $5 bucks in my honest opinion.
