Quite literally the worst experience ever. Starbucks , in my opinion, is synonymous with togo coffee. They are the poster child for it. That can be good or bad depending on your experience. On Saturday July 3rd my entire family decided that ,before we started our trip to visit family in Florida, we'd get cups and drinks at this Starbucks location. Big mistake! First rate cups and horrible customer experience is what greated us. First, we weren't greated upon entering. This is totally forgivable. Second, after placing an order for coffee and buying several cups, we received only half the order. After realizing that they had served several customers that arrived after we placed our order, I asked the server if she was in the process of finishing our order. The reply I got was, "What did you order?" Not a big deal right? She finally proceeds to make the order and returns an eternity later. She thrusts the drinks in our direction, mutters something about not having strawberry for the drink my daughter ordered and walks away. I'm trying to understand how Starbucks stays in business with service so horrible. You don't acknowledge your customers, you can't get an order right, and the product you give is incomplete and not even good. If this is the standard I'd warn all you hard working folk to find your closest alternative and or buy a percolator and French press and make your own coffee. But at least we were satisfied with the cups...
Read moreThis Starbucks location actually deserves a zero. Upon visiting this store today, it became my second visit needing to get a refund due to the extreme slowness (40 minutes) of this location. I intentionally ordered via the mobile app 25 minutes in advance to ensure my order would be ready to avoid me being late to my nail appointment next door. However, to my dismay I got there and waited an additional 15 minutes after my 25 minute commute time to still NOT get my drink. This is the second time this has happened at this location. When I inquired about my drink initially the first young lady told me the store had a 20 minute wait, but it had already been exactly 26 minutes since my mobile order. Then after another 10 minutes I proceed to the register for a refund to be told the wait is 30 minutes despite the fact that the app gave me a 15 minute wait time. Nonetheless I have to wait another several minutes for the manager to come to just make excuses. This location needs NEW management/ownership or a revamp of its operations because I am positive it is losing a lot of revenue due to the slowness. Read moreWhen I began visiting this location I really enjoyed it. However, my last few encounters has been horrible. There is one barista that works there and he is the only one that offers great service. Unfortunately I do not remember his name. There is a tall, light skinned gentleman whom I believe to be the manager TERRIBLE! I recently went through the drive thru, the barista gave herself a 5.00 tip on my card (first mistake was me handing her my card) but when I called back after being notified by my bank of the total the manager seemed as if he gave no care and offered me a gift card. A gift card wasn't what I used to pay for my order. A few times later that same manager rung my order up inside and as the barista prepared my drink I was waiting on my notification of the transaction amount so I asked the manager whom run my order up did my transaction go through and he replied "yes" as he went to lean back on the counter and do something in his phone. Meanwhile the screen still says "please wait" on my side of the register. This led me to believe that had I not demanded a receipt he would have probably added another tip onto my bill.
