Lots of people say the service is slow and they can say that but it's just kind of awkward by my estimation. Only two busy employees means you have to wait a bit, they acknowledged us but were cooking up orders for a little bit. The guy at the counter was friendly. We did carry out, the atmosphere for dine in was small and open. The food is good but in a unique way. Hands down the Stromboli were the winners for flavor and quality in our order. You pick your own ingredients and they were stuffed full wrapped in a salty bread. The cheese bread was tasty, each piece having a solid amount of cheese and the bread was doughy but in a satisfying fresh chewy way. We also got a cheese pizza, the true test if any pizza place. Unfortunately it was nothing special, on it's own it would have been sufficient but compared to the other items it was low on cheese, low on sauce and flavor and the bread (while great on the other two items) was just plain. The cookies are good, they don't look great but they are.

The worst pizzeria place ever! I ordered 10 Buffalo and 10 Mango Habanero wings in addition to the "It's a ParTay" special. The pizza was overcooked with toppings, dry, and barely had any cheese. The Mango Habanero was alright, but the Buffalo wings tasted ordinary. Although there wasn't much flavor, the Mango Habanero had some. Oh, and let's not even talk about the burnt cookies we got! You could hardly bite into the cookies because they were so firm. A deal could occasionally be too good to be true! WAY too pricey! Dominoes are obviously preferable than this disaster. DHEC IS NEEDED HERE! I didn’t see anyone wearing hair nets but I did see the gloves. One guy came from the back to answer the phone with the same gloves he was using to make the food. He never changed his gloves out when he returned back to making the food. Overall customer service was ok.

We ordered pizza for delivery. Got a notification that it would be 15 minutes late, that's fine things happen. When we got it, it's barely room temp and hard... And there's a pizza missing. Annoying, but we had enough ordered so I called and asked them to just go ahead and refund the pizza price back to me. The girl says to hold on, she's got to check with a manager. Gets back on the phone and tells me "we won't be able to do that right now bc we're absolutely slammed. Can I get your name and he will see about it when we're not so busy". Excuse me what? I gave her my name, and then asked if she needs my phone number and she said no I should be in the system. 😳 I am floored. I attached a picture of the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Maybe the worst pizza I've ever tried. The Stoners in Irmo is much, MUCH better.

As a worker in the restaurant industry (I’m a server and a bartender at a restaurant), I attempted to give this place a very fair rating as possible (by judging from the time I entered the establishment to the time I tried the food).

I ordered the food at 5:14pm online. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. The email receipt said the food would be ready by 5:34pm. When I got there to pick it up, I had already expected to wait a bit to get the pizza because I got there at 5:30. So I waited. I checked to see if my food was ready at 5:34. I was told it would be in a few minutes. Okay, so I continued to wait. I asked again at 5:50pm. I was told that it would be ready “in a few minutes,” same as the first response. So overhearing the lady behind the counter talk I found out the pizza was messed up. So they started to remake it at close to 6pm. Mind you, this is 45 minutes after I had already ordered it. So it looked like they were just putting random orders in their list to make because I am unsure how it took 45 minutes until AFTER I ordered my food to realize it’s messed up and then take only 20minutes to remake it. Finally did not get the pizza until 6:18pm for carry out for one simple pizza.

After I finally got the pizza, I checked it. Just cheese and pepperoni (no extra cheese like I had requested and paid for). But whatever. I took it because I was hungry and tired of waiting and in hindsight it wasn’t a big deal.

As for the actual pizza, I can tell you that it was a rather basic pizza. There was no seasoning on the crust or pizza at all. No extra cheese. The pepperonis tasted JUST like the ones you get on the Digiorno’s pizzas in the frozen section at the grocery store. However, I will say that the pizza was fairly thick and filling.

All in all, the customer service was bad. The pizza was rather bland. The wait time was RIDICULOUS. For all of that, I could’ve gotten pizza delivered for a few dollars extra, better quality, and faster service. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I was trying to be fair even after seeing all the bad reviews, but save your time and money and...

This was my first time ordering here. I placed my order at 12:01 exactly. The order was 5 hot wings. The expected delivery time was 40-50 minutes. The email said my food would be here by 12:51. At 1 o clock I still hadn’t received my food. I called the store and Nautica said that the deliver driver had just left the store not too long ago and it would be another 20 minutes because she had other orders ahead of mine. She also said that the website gives false delivery times. 20 minutes pass, then 30, then 40. Still no food. I called again and asked to speak with a manager and Nautica said she was the manager. I explained to her my frustration about my order. She apologized and said I would be getting a refund, and that my food will still be delivered. It is now 1:50 and I still have yet to receive anything. I have never in my entire life had to wait 2 hours for any food to be delivered to me, let alone 5 small wings. This was the worst first experience I could have had from this restaurant. They close at 2 and I still haven’t received anything and I’m starting to wonder if I’ve been scammed. The restaurant didn’t provide any tracking information for my order or anything. I’m bummed because I was really excited about trying this place. I won’t be a returning customer. I hope my food comes. I will update later.

*UPDATE: It is now 2:11 and I have received nothing. This place stole my money and I don’t appreciate it. I will definitely be calling corporate because this is unacceptable. That Nautica lady kept reassuring that someone was on the way but she knew that no one really was. This place...

My family and I ordered 2 18 inch pizzas, 20 wings, and pepperoni croissant type appetizer last night for dinner. The driver called and said she arrived which to our understanding was at the wrong address and would be to the corrected address in 13 minutes. One hour goes by and we still didn’t have our food. We called the driver and got no answer so we then proceeded to call the restaurant. They said that she had returned BACK to the store to pick up another order that was in the same area around where our house was WITH OUR FOOD JUST SITTING THERE IN THE CAR. When she finally arrived she stated that she took it back to the store to have it all freshly remade. Which was a complete lie as our wings were one burnt and two becoming soggy from had been sitting in the sauce for so long and barely were warm. The pizzas were soggy as well and sticking to the box. We called the store which asked for a manager and were told they were busy so we just informed them on what was going on and we really wanted our food remade. They said it would be 2 hours before we would receive our food which we then decided we wanted a refund and we would take our business elsewhere. Which also now have been told it will take 2 weeks for a refund to get back on our card. This entire experience was absolutely AWFUL. I work in the service industry and would never treat my guests this way. They are extremely unprofessional and don’t know how to manage issues that are caused within their team members. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Very very...
