Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Columbus

I am updating my review for Applebee's. This is for the 17th day of September. My son and I went to.applebees to.eat. I ordered a sirloin steak. My son ordered pasta . My steak was not a sirloin , they had cut a steak sliced off of another steak , it so , so so so thin , cooked it dried out like rubber. . I call the waitress , told her this is not a sirloin steak. She did not offer to.get me another steak sirloin, she only.offered to get me some other food. So I said no , and just ate my.tomato basil soup and broccoli. The place was horrible, never seen it so bad . Two white managers standing not doing nothing., and by the way I white person., but he did take the steak.off . The point is neither the manager or waitress did not even know that my steak was not a sirloin. Horrible , neither offered to cook.me another sirloin. I went to the bathroom , the bathroom the bathroom was so dirty, dirty , dirty dirty . One was not flushed yellow pee all over it. Not cleaned at all , another a employee of Applebee's came out of and I said to.her way are these bathrooms so dirty . She just looked at me and walk.out and went back straight to.a table and served them . I know because I walk.out of bathroom too. I decided to hold my.pee till I got home. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I could not believe how dirty . . Two mangers standing.around not.doing nothing, waitresses sitting at tables not doing.nothing . Place Applebee's was almost empty , which I said to my.son , it not normal for this place to be so empty. Just very, very , very few people. Now I know ,food was horrible, horrible horrible. They do not know what a sirloin steak is . Bathroom so dirty , dirty , dirty . Bathrooms like that dirty , stuff stuck to sides of the toilet have not.been cleaned all.day. I not going back to.applebees ever . This place used to.have a great manager, I forgot his name , but he was really tall , black guy , I know him when I see him , and he always remember me and my.son. He run that Applebee's like a tip top ship. He was the best. The place was too. With Applebee's like as dirty , dirty as it was last night on 17th of September. Applebee's will not last long . I wish the other original manage was back , who ran...

Food was awesome but service was a little off. Managers were having a meeting and I could hear everything they were discussing. I don't think to great to let your customers know all the negative things that managers are doing wrong. That's supposed to be private. Then the restaurant started to get busy. It was after 3 so the floor had been cut down but the managers who were having their meeting in the busy part of the restaurant not the quiet part could have gotten up and helped the 2 poor servers on the floor. I mean they did but not until they were done with their meeting and now the restaurant is swamped and everything is a mess. It was my son's birthday and we wanted the crazy song that every server hates doing but it's fun for their Customers. Well we were told it was under staffed and they just couldn't do it at this time. Then the same manager (the head guy) was fussing at his late servers in front of guests as well. Not good...you don't scorn your employees in front of paying guests. It's not cute. So all in all we found out the managers are lazy and the servers are inadequate. But whatever the kitchen was doing was right on point. The food was amazing. The waitress would have been better if she didn't have to take on so much. She couldn't care for her guests properly because of the chaos. I tipped her well though cause she did try her hardest and I could tell. Gotta get it...

Okay so a lot of traveling for work so I go to alot of different places to eat while out of town. This is the 3rd time I gave stopped by this establishment, the first time I had horrible service from the bar, food all wrong and they didn't do anything about it.. second time I had amazing service made me happy to try it again, order was correct and fast service... Now we come to this time I walked in the manager greats me at the bar and ask for my drink order I had a drink in less than 3 mins.. amazing. My bar tender shower up says hi I will be with u in a min.. turns around walks away with her phone on a video call and sits across from the bar at a table talking to person she was extra friendly too.. I tried to get her attention but she never looked my way the only reason she got up is another server asked her for her drinks.. she made drinks and was still on the phone on video cutting up.. 23mins after she told me she would be rite with me is when I was able to get her attention so I could order my lunch.. I ordered my food and of course it came out wrong she was more worried about her phone than my order because it came out exactly how she put it in, which isn't how I ordered it, nothing but problems with this establishment.. I won't ever be back at...
