If only there was a 0 star button I would press it. The service was terrible.We entered the store and went to the counter. Other customers got in front of us. One of the employees looked at us in line and said"Hold on for a second."Then she proceeded to take other customers' orders who were behind us. She then came to us, and continued bugging us while we were deciding. She struggled with scooping the ice cream. She barely could count the change correctly. She talked to us as if we were poor. We had an overall terrible experience. I don't reccomend this Baskin Robin's location. The other employees watched us get treated poorly. She acted as if she did not comprehend. I can't side with the other customer's saying they cuss at each other. Or I can't say that there is hair on my ice cream but I can say my ice cream tasted spoiled and if you want family friendly go somewhere else. I will ...

Google says they are open till 10 pm so Saturday night I took my daughter and nieces to get some ice cream it was 8:55 when I walked in. No one greeted us instead the girl at the register was huffing and puffing about us being there. Did not ask what I wanted to order or anything. In the drive thru we had the rudest girl taking our order. She was laughing and taking slang the whole time. When we pulled to the window she was dressed in pajamas and a bonnet! What kind of hood place is this? She asked for our order again and we had to repeat. Then when she brought it out, it was still wrong. Had an attitude. Basically threw the straws at us.
