Very rude manager.
The the manager of the building was incredibly rude to my wife and I. We decided to grab some water that we had left by the shoe area. As our child had been running around for an hour and was very thirsty. We were scolded by the manager for having our Waters in the building and told to purchase an overpriced water bottle. These people are clearly more worried about the money they make over your child having water. At an indoor play facility every child should be allowed to bring in their own water. I have been to many indoor child play centers and most average 5 to $10 an hour. And allow you to bring your own hydration. This place is incredibly overpriced and needs your money so much that they will not let you bring water in. I was interested in doing a birthday party here but after my experience with the rudeness of the manager I will not be coming back here again. Would not recommend, I've been to far better...
Read moreOkay so I LOVE kids n play! I bring my kids here a lot we do bday parties here etc. I have always had a great experience with everyone here except today. The reason for the one star is because today we went into the art room, my kids love art, now I don’t like to talk down on folks so I’m not gonna say bad things about the girl but I will say that some people aren’t made for playing with the kids. The young lady in the art room is very quiet not at all inviting to the art room, the sign says DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING! WAIT FOR ART INSTRUCTOR! We stood awkwardly in silence before she spoke up. Now maybe the girl is just shy, and that’s fine but if that’s the case put her somewhere else in the building, just my opinion, I guess me being a toddler teacher I feel like you should be more inviting to the kids as they walk in the art room. A lot of kids don’t like art so you should make it fun! Other than that great time...
Read moreMy kids absolutely love coming to Kidz and Play! It’s one of the few places in Columbus where children can safely explore, learn, and just be kids. The staff is always welcoming, the space is clean, and there’s a great variety of activities that keep my little ones engaged every time we visit. As a parent, I appreciate how the environment is clearly designed with kids in mind that is fun, imaginative, and age-appropriate.
Also, a quick note: I’ve seen some reviews from adults complaining about things that honestly don’t make sense for a children’s play center. Let’s remember , this isn’t a spa, bar, or adult hangout. It’s a place for kids to have fun, and mine always walk away smiling. That’s what matters most to me.
Highly recommend for any parent looking for a fun, safe space for their little...
