Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbus

Th prices are absurd ($3 for a tiny burrito? Please. Don't insult me.) The drinks will often be flat or have terrible flavor, like my diet mountain dew was today. Sometimes the modifications won't be respected; my boyfriend ordered a taco without lettuce and got a taco that was Mostly lettuce with maybe 2 teaspoons of ground beef. Also, we hardly ever are given napkins in our to-go orders, which ends up being a real inconvenience. :/

Y'all need to lower your prices, maintinence the soda machine and change syrup bags more often, pay your employees higher wages, and enforce double checking of orders- both when making them and at the window. Also, the app is a nightmare that won't let us check out half the time. Lots of areas for improvement. The staff is pretty nice, at least. 3/20/2022 @1:15am. They’re supposed to close at 2am according to their posted hours. There is a car at the window and the drive through open sign is on. I pull up to order and the promo sign is knocked over order screen is off. An automated message says they’re closed. Employees are inside, lights are on. Looked like two employees were chatting with the person at the window. Taco Bell employees seem to just close whenever they want. Over the last couple years Taco Bell has become the most poorly managed fast food chain in the country. The recurring issue being closing times whenever they feel like it. I e experienced this issue in many cities. They’re always closed or they’re out of what you want or they removed it from the menu entirely. The employees were great everything was clean and service was awesome. Over head manager was rude to.employees and talked to them so rudely. Her attitude was nasty and she treated them as if they were slaves to her and weren't of value to the company. I asked her name by an employee and i was told Adrianne Tate. I hate my experience everytime i visit and she's there the atmosphere is horrible and she only strikes fear into the employees. I feel sorry for the crew of Taco Bell highway 45 in Columbus Ms. When i walk in and see her presents i no longer desire to eat there i leave.
